it's hard to pick one for me...which A.R.Rehman musical is ur fav and which one is the best? the whole album not just one song...

due to limited options couldn't include quite many of them like Lagaan,Rangeela,Swades,Guru, Ghajini,Yuva,Earth,Roja,Highway, Ek Deewana Tha,Jab Tak Hi Jaan,Yuvraaj,Delhi 6,Ranjanaa,Pukar,Jodha Akbar,Tamasha...long list 😆...

Rockstar hands down. All the songs are soulful and in a loop in my playlist.

Should have put Rangeela there in the list.

Its impossible to chose one but voted for Taal, as I am listening it now.

Taal without a doubt. The album is gold. Such variety and its perfection achieved according to me. Indian..Western Fusion..its classic.

Rockstar comes close second.

Roja. It is his debut.

My family originated from South India and Illayaraja was big in our house. But I remember getting a package from India and in it was a tape with Roja songs. The music was distinct and different. I remember listening to it over and over. Still listen to it.

I like Illayaraja, but he will always be the soundtrack of my parents but mine is Rehman and his best work is in the South movies IMO.

So damn tough. It depends on my mood and the last heard album. Sometimes it's Alaipayuthey, sometimes it's RDB, Bombay, Kadhal desam, Dil se, Kannathil Muthamittal, Roja, Taal, Rhythym, Kadhalan, Minsara Kanavu, Jodja Akbar, Rangeela, Boys, Swades etc..etc...all the albums have at least one single gem after hearing to which I'm like this is the best album ever. 😆 So can't choose one.
