Okay since i belong to UP i find it unny how conveniently they shift to Meerut and Buland Shahr in dialogues they are 2 different districts 😆
And ppl should be careful before mixing ciites up

Even I am confused Meerut and Bulandshahr are different districts.The distance between the Two is 70 kilometers
Dharaa went to Meerut ...we see Meerut Railway Station name board

But. Even today,s episode Bulandshar was mentioned. Where is Dharaa in Meerut or Bulandsharh...?..


CV of the serial has to clarified ...😳

That point confused me too.

Dharaa was shown getting off the train in Meerut. The riot was also said to be in Meerut.

Do you think the school is so far from Meerut in BulandShahr ??

This is the route between Meerut and Bulansharsh...is about 68 km.That means Dharaa 's school is in between ...😆 Here is a map...😆

Yeah it is funny how conveniently they change in dialogues and my mom always laugh that they say Meerut one moment next bulandshahr

I think it's merut n in merut an area called bulandganj like we have thane n Mira Road so people who live in Mira Road also say we live in Mumbai

They are not saying Bulandshahr but Bulandgunj -- which is shown as a communally volatile neighbourhood in Meerut.

It is not necessary that Meerut should really have such a locality. A certain amount of poetic liberty is allowed in situations like this -- especially since usage of real names could lead to protests and problems.

Take Muzaffarnagar for instance, it is boiling over with communal tensions, and the smallest incident sets off a riot. And films built around it -- like Muzaffarnagar baki hai --have gotten into serious trouble.

I think the director wanted to avoid trouble - which is a sensible thing to do.

.In any case how many of our TV serials seriously explore the communal angle?

In most soaps the leads ad other characters have no caste or religion and live in an absurd make-believe world dominated by evil sasumaas and a whole lot of OTT side characters.
