I heard that whatever happened to Amitabh on the sets of Coolie may not be an accident. Lot of people were jealous of his success so it might be an attempted murder too.

What r ur opinions?

Simplest answer, did they ever try to kill him again whoever the perpetrators were? After Coolie he has done more action films as well, and there was no attempted murder then.

Also didn't his career take a dive in the 80s?

BigB took all responsibility of the accident.

During the punching scene, he was supposed to cover his stomach with hand and he forgot.

At the time of accident, he was too powerful - being closeto Indira Gandhi family. No one would have dared to touch him.
