They should've showed her as a nutritionist and physical trainer, would've looked more realistic and would be more of a reason for being at their home.
I think the female leads character generally is very flawed and weak. She is supposedly shown "boring" but still very bubbly and bold apparently? To me, none of her attributes come out strongly. Neither the character nor the actress really shine through, which is a pity because the actress seems very pretty.
