I am not justifying Sanskars crime But there is Difference between different categories of crime, We can't measure all types of crimes in same category. In law also different crime has different punishment We can't say Drugging,Rape,Attempt to murder/Murder are Same.
Here in serial what type of drugs was used on Swara was never been told so we can't say surly that it was as harmful as to take some ones life
Sanskar had done crime but not Rape,Murder,Attempt to murder type crimes thats what i was trying to explain previously
Ragini's crime list is huge and Kavita literally murdered Maasi If we can't give a death body his/her life back then we don't have any right to take it also
