Kajol ruled for only 4-5 years whereas Madhuri had a more sustained run at the box office right from late 80's o early 2000's. So, i would vote for Madz

Madhuri was the queen.

Raveena was insanely famous, possibly more than the other 3 but didn't have big hits. Karishma was a hit machine and Juhi was super consistent. Kajol didn't really take off till later.

No clear cut #2 after Madhuri.
