So this is the problem in Khushi's pregnancy

That Shalini was hidding from all

She is really very selfish to make her life in danger

Lets see wwhat track their life will take

it was sad...I bet if shalini was in arnav place she would have either not informed him n khushi or have brain washed khusi...khusi has chosen arnav's happiness over her own life...

Sorry for being MIA but I needed a break from all the stories I follow. But now I have sooo much to catch up on

Ch16: Wow an entire chapter dedicated to the most complicated character in this story. It was definitely needed. I really liked the insight into Arnav's mind and what brought it on. The incident at the construction site was so very poignant that I was pleasantly surprised that you took this route to explore Arnav's feelings on his impending fatherhood. It was perfect. I have to agree with every point he made and love that he is taking accountability for his actions, or in his case, the lack of them. Not that I expected anything less or a delusional Arnav, but it was still nice to read.

I think my favorite part was when he finally decided to stop wallowing in self pity and do something about it. He should be involved in Khushi's pregnancy and yes there isn't much he can do right now, but he can accompany her to her doctor's appointments and just spend time with her, which is something I KNOW he is missing and clearly evident here by the way he is remembering her, which by the way is super cute 😳

Ch17: Omg I thought the worst when Khushi fell. I really hope everything is fine with her. I can't imagine what Arnav went through in those minutes after the disc got stuck. Not only is he no where close to them but his calls were not being answered.

I don't know if she did the right thing by hiding the accident from him. Sure she didn't want to unnecessarily worry him but knowing his anger and the fact that it's his child, she probably should have. Hope this doesn't come to bite her.

Them shopping for knitting gear was nice. I wonder if Shalini thought anything of Khushi choosing wool for Arnav. She did witness the closeness and camaraderie blossoming between the two before moving here. And I have to say thank you for the mandir scene between the boy and Shalini. It was adorable and that's not something I associate Shalini with. It reminded me that she does have good in her and will make a great mother, I'm sure of that. And that's at least something...

Ch18: I'm so appalled, shocked and deeply saddened after reading about Khushi's husband. It's hard to believe that all she described happened in one day. And it further hurts me every time I read about her being near a mandir or idol. She is so ashamed of herself and doesn't think herself worthy of praying or receiving any blessings.

Regardless of what her occupation is, she is such a good person with a good heart. I wish she could see that. Maybe she needs someone to help her realize her own worth. Someone who she helped getting out of his shell and self imposed prison of darkness and loneliness.

It's crazy how a mere two words from her lips, and that too his name, turned his mood a complete 180! Not once has he thought of his wife like he does about Khushi. He doesn't even 'see' Shalini with whom he shares this house when he takes a look around. Everything reminds him of her instead. It's interesting that he doesn't fight it either but rather cherishes each of her memories unabashedly. With a smile on his face 😃

Ch19: Oh no 😭 Just when Arnav was ready to be there for his child and Khushi, this happens. And it just got worse and worse. He finally had been happy and coming out of his shell. What now? When the reason of his happiness is willing to sacrifice herself for his continued happiness.

I know that deep down Arnav knew that Khushi would not sign the consent. But the reason as to why I known shocked him to the core. It's not just Shalini but him. And she said it out loud that she can't see him in pain and go back to the darkness. That's such a big confession and as a reader I am pretty stunned. So very curious as to how Arnav will interpret that and react to it.

I loved how Arnav told Shalini to stay put. She was back to being her old selfish self. I can't believe that she said that Khushi only 'might' die. Like W*F lady?! In her acquisition for a child, she just might lose her humanity.

I don't think that Arnav will be able to convince Khushi. But I hope that he stays with her from now on or visits more often. Now that knows the risk Khushi is partaking for them. Now that he knows why and most importantly for whom she is doing so.

Ahh so much happened while I was gone 😆 I'm glad I'm caught up with this one and ready for the ride ahead. It seems like a rocky one...

Atleast after seeing the horrific accident and coming face to face with the life threatening truth,let arnav support khushi in this toughest phase without blindly believing that selfish shalini

Oh Wow Khushi is one awesome girl in this story:-)

Poor Arnav has to bear another guilt which is much bigger than the previous one, hope upon this decision Arnav starts realizing his feelings towards Khushi!

I so want them to happy ending:))))

Placing her hand over her belly khushi caressed the life that was breathing within her and layed back on the bed after finishing the plate. Closing her eyes she felt'happy! It sounded mean and selfish on her part to see him distressed because of her and instead of being sorry she was pleased but she couldn't feel otherwise.

For the first time someone cared about her. For the first time her existence in this world meant so much to someone. She was not perceived as a mere lifeless piece of flesh that could be bought and sold instead for the first time someone dared to look beyond this pretty looking body. Just the thought of her not being alive freaked the hell out of someone.

Sighing deeply her heart fluttered. Till yesterday her mind was in a mess, there were several questions about her feelings towards him that needed answers but now everything was clear. She didn't know what he thought or felt for her but she definitely loved the man who was worried for her, who was scared to lose her, who didn't wish to see her in pain and whose heart shattered seeing her in a miserable state.

Yes it was love! It was always love'just that she wasn't prepared to name those feelings as love. Today had he not reacted like this even then she would have felt the same but probably all this made it easier for her to accept her feelings and fall more deeply in love with this man.
