the next day

kabir wakes up nd sees the time with half open eyes ...9'oclock it read ...kabir firstly closed his eyes but when his mind registered the time he woke up with a jerk ..."oh no mai late kaise hogya , nisha ko bhi toh chodne jaana hai office " ..he quickly gets up nd had a bath nd went to the hall almost running where he saw vasu reading a magazine

k - mom nisha kahan hai ? ...
v - uth gy kabir , nisha toh office chale gy ...
k - kaise ? driver toh dad ke saath gya hai , mom kahi apne use auto mei toh nhi bhej diya , kya mom mujhe utha diya hota ...
v - stop stop kabir , nisha ko lene ke liye koi viraj aaya tha uske office se ...
k- viraj ...ab yeh kon hai ...
v - i dont know , lekin jo bhi tha , handsome tha nd giggled ...

nishas voice "may i come in" ...

r - yaa nisha come in no need to ask ..nisha smiled nd entered " sir vo ...she stopped seeing kabir " are kabir tu yahan kya kar rha hai " kabir was just going to ans when he was cut off by viraj who was entering in the cabin "miss nisha aap yeh papers bhool gy thi yeh lijiye " ...
n - oh sorry viraj sir ...kabir turned his face to see viraj... he looked at him from top to bottom , when he was observing him..

r - oh han kabir nd nisha ek good news h ...

r- voo ..maine kaira ko propose kar diya , usne mujhe haan kehdi or kal hmari engagement hai ..he spoke in one go with eyes closed then he opened his one eye to see their reaction ..they were shocked with mouth wide open ...

kabir was confused whether to ask nisha about viraj or not nd why is she not telling him ...

n - han vo college mei we were friends , but viraj started liking me nd i was unaware of it , usne mujhe ek din pro kiya but i didnt had any feelings so maine mna kar diya , mujhe nhi pta tha ki hum firse milenge or vo bhi aise ...
k - oh ...kabir was a bit satisfied , only a bit ...so he asked her
k - toh vo abhi tere liya feel karta h ? ...
n - pta nhi may be yes may be no ...
k - agar usne tujhe firse poocha toh tu kya bolegi ? .
n - i dont know ...kabir felt a tug at his heart ...
k - kyu tu uske liye kuch feel karti hai ? ..
nisha was just going to ans when their convo was intrupted by a call ...n - han mom ...
lax - beta kaisi hai ...
n - mai theek hun mom nd ghar pe sab kaise h ...their convo continued till they reached the juhu beach ...kabir stopped the car ... n - acha maa vo mai apse baad mei baat karti hun ...she cuts the call ..kabir too didnt asked the questn again

AT THE BEACH

n - kabir pta h mera bht mann tha ki aisi hi kisi shaant place par aay ...
k - mera bhi
they kept walking on the sand bare footed , when nisha was enjoying the pleasant nd cool weather , kabir was busy adoring her nd still confused abt his feelings ...after some time nisha sat on the sand nd let the waves touch her feet ...she felt so calmed nd relax ..then she realised a hand on her hand ...she looked beside nd found kabir looking at the sunset not giving any response to her stare , she too ignored it .

After some 10 minutes
n - kabir mera kuch chatpapta khaane ka mann kar rha hai ...
k - oh peeche pani puri wala hai ..wanna eat ? ...
n - neki or poooch pooch ofcourse yes ...nisha said like a 5 yr old kid..kabir smiled at her childishness..

At the pani puri stall

n - bhaiya 2 plate pani puri bilkul teekhi wali bnana ...
k - 2 plate kyu mujhe nhi khana ...
n - kyu nhi khana ..the seller gave them the plate ..nisha stuffed a pani puri in his mouth while his eyes got red due to the extreme spicyness ...
n - kya hua zada teekhi lagi , bhaiya aap iske liye na meethi wali bna do ...
k - kyu mujhe koi mirchi nhi lagi , bhaiya or teekhi bnao ...he almost had 5 pani puris when he started crying for water , nisha gave him the water nd then started laughing at his cute antics kabir first got angry but her melodious laughter made him too join her .

In the car , nisha pulled leg of kabir nd teased him while he replied with the his signature k ness ...they fought nd laughed together till they reached the home .

AT NIGHT IN NISHA'S ROOM

nisha was looking at the selfies they took at the picnic ,business party , mall , beach nd pani puri stall , resting on the bed ...she was smiling like idiots nd cherishing the old memorries ..she was like what have happened to her ...but the feeling which she was experiencing was giving her some unknown hapiness . The moments spended with kabir were like the most precious moments for her . For one moment she questioned herself " am i in lo.." .but she brushed her thoughts saying " he is only my FRIEND" ...she switched off her phone nd went to sleep .

The next day went with kabir and nisha busy in their office
AT 5 pm
ranbir was going back to his home , he noticed nisha extremely busy in her work ..he advised her to go home as almost all coleagues have left becoz he have given them a half day but nisha denied saying she will go after finishing her work ,ranbir left .
Kabir went home nd saw that nisha was not at home ,he got a call from ranbir
r - hey kabir !..
k- hey , kya hua why r u sounding tensed ...
r - vo actually ,nishaaa ...
kabir cuts him kabir getting tensed - kya hua nisha ko , vo theek toh hai na mai abhi office aata hun ...
r - are kabir chill use kuch nhi hua maine tujhe isliye phone kiya tha ki agar ho sake toh nisha ko office se pick karle maine kitna kha ki chale jaa ghar lelkin vo maani hi nahi ...
k - oh theek h i will pick her up , koi bhi nhi h kya office mei ?...
r - nhi viraj hai ...hello hello ..kabir ...he realised that he have cut the call ..monologue - ise kya hua

kabir was on his way to office , monologue - nisha ko kya zaroorat thi rukne ki or upar se vo viraj bhi vaha hai ...he was getting tensed nd was thinking abt the possibilities that can happen

As soon as he reached the office he ran to her floor as fast as he could...wht he saw made him boil with jealousy ...nisha nd viraj were talking nd laughing sitting together ..nisha noticed kabir

n -are kabir tu yahan , zaroor ranbir ne tujhe call kiya hoga ..tu ruk mai abhi bag lekar aati hun nd she went frm there ...
v - are kabir aap kyu aay mai miss nisha ko mai chod deta ghar ..well mai ab chalta hoon , meet u at the party ...he too left ...kabir was not able to understand what is happening to him .. why is he getting so affected ..

k - han ..han chal

while going towards the car ...
k - tum itna hasske kya baat kar rhe the ...
n - vo hum apne college ki dinno ko yaad kar rhe the nd he was telling me how he fell in love with me nd giggled ...
k - oh ..monologue - college ke dinn ,pyaar vyaar ki baatein , lagta hai yeh viraj abhi bhi isse pyaar karta hai ...ise toh apni jagah dikhani hi hogi

AT HOME

Kabir got ready in a sherwani (same as in mehendi nd sangeet )nd went to nishas room to give her the earings given by vasu with her matching lehanga ...he knocked the door but didnt got any response ...he opened the door slowly nd peeped it ..."kon hai?'" ..he heard her melodious voice coming from the dressing side ..."nisha mai hoon , mom ne tere liye earings bheje hai"..."oh , kabir tu sahi time pe aya hai plz andar aja ek help chahiye "..." ohk mai aata hun "...

he went towards the dressing area ...there nisha was standing in the front of the mirror, wearing a pink nd golden lehanga (same as in her mehendi ) ...kabirs felt his heartbeat raising ...he was not able to shift his gaze from her ...whereas nisha was trying to tie the dori of blouse which was like a mission to her ...nisha saw him through the mirror .

n - are kabir wahan kya khada hai ..yaar yeh dori baandh de ..pta nhi yeh log kaise pehen lete h itni complecated kapde ..maine aunty ko bhi bulaya tha help karne lekin unhe koi kaam pad gya ab tu hi bcha hai ...but she didnt get any response as kabir was busy adoring her ... "kabir tu sunn bhi rha hai"

k - han ...han ek mint ruk ..he puts the earings on the dressing table nd starts tying her dori constantly watching her whereas she was busy wearing her bangles ...she saw in the mirror nd found kabir looking at her their eyes got locked ..kabir ties the dori holded her both arms from back not breaking the eye lock ...nisha felt a shiver in her body ...he slowly traced her arms to her waist ..nisha closed her eyes to feel his touch ...kabir slowly tilts his head towards hers nd whisperes " looking awesome " ...nisha smiled nd opens her eyes ...only to get lock in those hazel brown orbs again ...

their trance was broken by a call...kabir somewhere didnt liked it nd the call was of none other than viraj ..which added more fuel to it ..

n - han viru (k - viruu??)..yaa hum bas nikalne hi wale h ..ya ya no need to come ...kabir hai na mere saath .. ok bbye ...nd she turned towards kabir .. kabir tu neeche jaa mai bas 2 min mei aay ...
k - ohk ..

kabir went from there ..while going towards the hall - yeh mujhe ho kya rha hai ..kyu mujhe itna farak pad rha hai nisha or viraj ki dosti se , kyu nisha ko dekhkar mere dil ki dhadkane tez ho jaati hai , kyu mujhe uska saath itna acha lagta hai ...kahi mujhe usse pyaar toh nhi ho gy?

here nishas condition was no different ..while wearing the earings - kya ho gya tha mujhe ..uske choone par maine use roka kyu nhi ...uski aankein bhi kuch or hi keh rhi thi lekin kya .. ...kahi mujhe usse pyaar toh nhi hogya?

They reached the venue with a silent drive as both were having mixed nd confused feelings abt each other nd so were trying to figure it out.
After some time all the guests arrived including viraj ...kaira too came there wearing a beautiful golden coloured lehanga ..the engagement happened with all the rituals ...

Now it was time for a romantic dance ...all the couples were invited to the stage along with ranbir nd kaira ..nisha soo wanted to dance but with whom ...for one sec she thought abt kabir but then brushed her thoughts thinking "what will he think " ...here kabir too wanted to dance with nisha but was not able to ask her thinking "what will she think "...but he ignored these thoughts when he saw viraj coming towards nisha , it looked like he was going to ask her for a dance ..so he immediately went towards nisha ...forwading his hand ..nisha looked at him surprised "so miss beautiful would u like to dance with me "nd raised his eyebrows ...nisha slided her hands in his without giving a second thought "would love to " ..she mumbled under her breath which was clearly audible to kabir ...he smiled

all the couples went to the stage with ranbir nd kaira in the centre..the lights went dimm ..with spotlights focussing on the couples ..the music started ...the song was perfect to describe "NIBIR'S" feelings at that time

{One hand of kabir was on her waist nd nishas one hand was on his shoulder , the other hands were interwined with each other looking into each others eyes nd they started swaying with the song ..with kabir lipsing the song }
Kuch khaas hai,
Kuch paas hai,

{they moved a little away with one hand interwined with each other , then kabir pulled her back,her hands landed on kabirs chest nd again started swaying }
kuch ajnabi ehsaas hai ,
Kuch duriyan, nazdikiyan,
Kuch hass padi tanhaiyaan,Kya yeh khumaar hai, kya aitbaar hai,
Shayad yeh pyaar hai,

{ nisha encirlced her arms around his neck still swaying with the sond nd they had a deep eyelock trying to understnd each others feelings }
Haan hai shayad,
Kya yeh bahar hai, kya intezaar hai,
Shayad yeh pyaar hai,
Pyaar hai shayad..

{ kabir pushed her a little nd then turned her nd her back landed straight on his chest nd their both hands interwined with each other , nd started moving slowly }
Kuch saaz hai jaage se jo the soye,
Alfaaz hai, chup se nashe mein khoye

{nisha turned nd looked into his eyes nd they started moving round looking at each other ...now nisha started lipsing the song -}
Nazrein hi samjhe yeh guftagu saari,
Koi arzoo ne hai angdayi li pyaari,

{And they continued dancing }
Kya yeh khumaar hai, kya aitbaar hai,

{the music ended nd they too stopped with nisha falling in his arms nd kabir holding her by her waist ..not breaking the eyelock }

the clapping sound broke their trance nd they settled their postition with both blushing hard
