Loved Twinkle

I loved Twinkle how she said she won't change her surname. She will be Twinkle Taneja even after marriage. You go girl, you were born with that name and you have the full right and freedom whether you want to be called Mrs Twinkle Sarna or Mrs Twinkle Taneja. I think it's not important to carry your husbands last name. Why should a girl change her name because of marriage, I think it's just pointless.

I agree... its tough being someone for so long and then only being mrs xyz... I kept my maiden name for the longest time till I finally changed it to a blended last name. In this day n age its purely a girl's call. Tho having the same last name avoids a lot of confusion and gives a sense of being a couple ...

But its a girl's choice if she wants to she can change warna nahi but in some parts of the world still it might be considered breaking traditions for not changing ur surname. which is ridiculous after all girl has rights too.

i am glad TEI is taking this leap to showcase this issue even though i dislike some of her actions but thats due to the cvs characterization but sometimes the cvs do make u stop and think is it really correct for girl o go through all this?
