What is Shivani’s story???

Since I stopped watching Kasturi long time ago, and recently started again, I have no idea who the girl is what is her relationship with Raunak and Robbie?

I've caught up some hints through posts here. But can someone clear my doubts?
-Were Raunak and Shivani in love with one another? I want to confirm Shivani's side, did she love him back?
-Were they married?
-Is Shivani Robbie's own sister?
-How did Shivani become "mentally disturbed"? Did something happen to her?
-Did Raunak do something to her? Like leave her? (Was he the cause of Shivani's present state?)
-How did these two get separated?
-Is Shivani's destruction the reason Robbie's mother hates Raunak and his family?

And lastly, a speculation, Does Raunak still love or at least care for Shivani? Since I read somewhere that Shivani is his first love, and since she's back in the same house, mentally disturbed and very vulnerable, shouldn't Raunak be shown to be more caring and concerned towards his first love?

All these questions are confusing me! .... any help would be great!

Yes they were in luv. But this is all from Ronak's side. They havent showed wat Shivani's side of story yet.

They were abt to get married in a gurudwara without telling their family but at the last min, Shiv left Ronak saying tat she luvs someone else. And she didnt come home since then. So all family members thought hivani ran away with some other guy. Of course this is again Ronak's side of story.

-Is Shivani Robbie's own sister?

yep

-How did Shivani become "mentally disturbed"? Did something happen to her?

They didnt show wat happened to her. Ronak told the family tat after Shivani left him on the marriage day...One fine day, Shiv met with an accident and Ronak did that accident. So he took her to the hospital where Dr said ki she is not mentally stable. So he admitted her in asylum but he didnt tell anyone abt this to her family. This is again Ronak's side of story.

-Did Raunak do something to her? Like leave her? (Was he the cause of Shivani's present state?)

Nope, No idea abt it.. Its still a mystery.

Noo idea again abt this... But i dont think so. Devika hates them from day one and this Shiv thing came out in the open just few days back.

And lastly, a speculation, Does Raunak still love or at least care for Shivani?

As far as the story is shown, RaS is in luv with Kasturi now. Dont know abt his feelings towards Shiv right now.

But has raised some doubts (again!😆) ... but this time about Raunak's character - I mean, why didn't he tell the family that Shivani was found and he put her in a mental asylum? And did he really "accidentally" cause the accident? After all the girl ditched him on the day of marriage.

And I still can't get over the fact that Raunak doesn't care that Shivani is back in their home.

Also its fishy that during every attack at Raunak these days Shivani is somehow present to save him. Weird. Very weird.
