agree with you hitting six at test cricket to his one day performances all were a treat to watchOriginally posted by: Ubiquitos
It has been quite a time that I saw him playing international cricket, so that much sentiment is not there...But still I remember him hitting sixes in tests which at that time was extremely rare...his avg. and sr in tests is awesome...also his jodi with Sachin, it was a treat to watch...and his pull shots...and also his familiar way of getting caught out on slips...him hitting fours in first over sometimes on first ball itself...his frank replies...
So yeah thanks for memories!
Well thanks to all the well wishers of Indian Cricket residing in BCCI.Originally posted by: DelusionalMe
He was never my fav because may a times he over shadowed Sachin with his fierce batting. He was such a brilliant sportsperson to watch when he was on the pitch. I feel really bad for he didn't get a chance to play his well-deserving last match and bid a good bye from the field.
Nevertheless, happy retirement to him.
