so sad to see her running after the tanga.
and just when he finally sends her an answer to her question. he finds out he is ot be engaged ot someone else😭

now i am even more interested to know how they will end up together

btw i read somewhere that this show is a finite episode show is that true?

original Lajwanti is a short story. so i dont know exactly how long this will go but indian tv is never finite. everything depnds on trp. i did not read the story though. btw love story without heartbreak doesnt go hand in hand. i mean i am in unless it is concentrated within 4 walks. just keep the journey going and move the story n the theme of tht era. both ek tha raja rani n laajwanti are of same period but laajwanti is more accurate. accent language location presentation is till now bang on. i am in till the heartbreak gives real feelings not forced. i would accept sundar getting engaged to another cz tht time wasnt so liberal for men or women to stand for themselves beyond family. dnt want sawp marriage or such pathetic twist.

i went and read that shorty story online.

actually now a days a few shows have come that have been finite form the start like "reporters"

apprantly rajinder isngh bedi's great grandaughter or somethign is the one who is working on the storyline of this show and stuff.

i started watching ek tha raja ek this rani yesterday, i also kept feeling like its didnt exactly have that era's touch to it. but nonetheless a nice show.

honestly i am all in for the heartbreak scenes, but i didnt appect it so soon i guess. but to be honest i am liking the pace of the story hope it keeps moving at this pace.

i understand in that time a love marriage would be a big NO. usually during those times fmaily members decided whom you would marry, and sometimes you didnt even see the face of the person you married until the suhaagrat.

same here it better not be a pathetic twist it should be something realistic and relatable.

i didnt know yhm and ikrmp were finite shows...thats suprising since they are ekta's shows.
with ekta kapoor's shows she always has the perfect cast and intially the storyline is good but after like 2-3 months its always the same tracks in her shows.

i really hope they keep the storyline of this show close to the original...otherwise it will be disappointing

I agree with u. most ekta shows nowadays starts as finite but goes forever no offence to its fans.

i hope lajwanti makers stick to its novelty factor
