The scene is basically after rinki sees mihir hugging and consoling Mihika
The drive back home for both of them was very silent. Rinki was lost in thoughts about her and the relation with the man sitting next to her. She was confused of her status in his life, she knew he did not loved her but still both shared some comfort in their marriage from day one. She was confused and apprehensive of his feelings and his state of mind. She thought now as Mihika's truth is out of the reason why she married that monster (Ashok) and also she is back at iyer house what will Mihir do or rather what will she do. She was thinking of settling down the things on her own by divorcing Mihir but her bhai bhabhi her parents her whole family how will they react, finally she got tired of thinking and just closed her eyes and let the breeze cool down her mind so that she can take a wise decision of their lives her and mihir life.
Mihir on the other hand was confused too and was slightly aware of the fact that why Rinki was tensed and worried, he had seen her through the mirror when he was hugging Mihika and saw a light of uneasiness and disappointment in her eyes which was natural as she is her wide after all though the marriage was compromise but they did shared a relation of comfort.
Mihir was thinking of how to deal with Rinki's insecurities and about the truth that was recently out of Mihika . at that point of time Mihir had no idea what to do but was sure he had to sort things out asap otherwise he will be in deep trouble. With these thoughts in mind they reached home and silently walked towards their bedroom yes it was their bedroom, Mihir was sure of that. Rinki just went to the room next door and gave a slight check on Ruhi and came back.
After changing into their night clothes, Rinki chose to move out in the hall with her books so that Mihir is not disturbed and can have peaceful sleep. It was then when Mihir held her hand and asked " Tu kahan jaa rahi hai?"
R: Bahar padne kal ek presentation hai
M: Haan toh hum hamesha saath padhte hai na toh aaj bahar kyun: waise bhi tu akele kaise padegi tujhe aadat kaha hai chal aaja we will sit together
R: Nahin mihir tu I mean aap so jao I will manage sab kuch khud manage karna sikh lena chahiye na isliye
M: aisa kyun bol rahi hai
R: Bas aise hi mein jaati hun aap so jao
M: tu mujhe aap aap kyun bol rahi hai , teri tabiyat bigdi hai kya aur akele matlab mein tujhe akele kabhi nahin chod raha samjhi
Rinki looked at Mihir and was stunned why is he talking like this
Mihir smiled at her and asked her to sit next to him
M: I know tere mann mein kya chal raha hai and I know yeh sab kaha se aaya hai lekin ek baat apne dil ki aaj tujhe batata hun . Rinki I know there is no love in this marriage its friendship and believe me its everything for me. I got married to you out of my own choice aur mein yeh rishta saari zindagi nibhaunga I m never gonna leave you alone, jus becoz Mihika wapas aa jaayegi isliye no way. M: I love you Rinki as a friend and as my life partner.
Rinki was stunned she looked into Mihir eyes and was surprised to see an honest feeling.
M: I know yeh sab strange hai confusing hai but its true.
R: Mihir yeh achanak I mean (she got nervous and tried to move out of his hold(Mihir was holding her hand all this while)but Mihir held it more firmly and brought her more closer.
M: I really want to complete this relationship...Rinki I really love you and I want to spend my life with you only with you...he went closer to her and held her face in between her palms and looked into her eyes and asked May I
Rinki did not knew what to say how to react it was true she had fallen in love with Mihir's caring attitude and soft nature and she was actually wanting to start a real husband wife relationship but was scared for his reaction as she thought he was still in love with Mihika but today whatever he said she was flags battered and was very confused and the genuine request of Mihir was melting down her all she could is was to hug him.
Rinki hid herself into Mihir's chest and was unable to speak, Mihir understood her state and just hugged her back and kept her close to her heart. Mihir was consoling her as she had started sobbing,
M:Rinki kyun ro rahi hai arre mein aisa kuch nahin karunga relax ka na dekh agar tu aise hi royegi toh bhai bhabhi mujhe maar delenge pls chup kar na plsss
R: Shutup Mihir jus shut up
M: Toh bol kya karun...bol na
R: Kuch nahin...wiping her tears Mein jaa rahi hun padhne you go off to sleep bahut kaam hai mujhe
M: Aaj yehi ruk na plsss
R: Mihir mujhe padhna hai I have a presentation tomorrow
M: Mujhe aaj sirf tere saath rehna hai pls
Rinki understood where they are heading she could not deny the fact that she was truly in love with Mihir and too wanted the same thing she simply nodded and lied down next to him. After about 20-30 minutes Mihir turned towards her and saw her lost in a deep thought.
M: Kya soch rahi hai
R: Kuch nahin apni life ke bare mein
M: Rinki kuch puchu
R: Haan
M: Can I hug you n sleep
Rinki was shocked at what Mihir asked but she did not deny it. She moved closed and kept her head on his shoulder
Mihir locked her between her arms and placed a soft kiss on her hairs.
Rinki just turned her face up to him looked at the innocence of his face and then went ahead and kissed him on his cheeks, that was the last thing to hold him back...Mihir just looked into her eyes and aksed her permission she just closed her eyes and conveyed she was ok with it...
What followed that night was love and unison of two souls who found their happiness in each other arms and an expectation of great and loving morning.
