Game over, girls! The guessing game has been on forever about who will play the female lead opposite Akshay Kumarin Namastey England.

It was earlier reported that the film was offered to Kangana Ranaut. Next, Sonakshi Sinha's name did the rounds. No, wait...the list still goes on. Certain sections of the media even reported how Anushka Sharma was approached for the same role. Phew! But you can always count on us to get you the real story. We have learnt that Sonakshi has beaten the other actresses in question to land the plum role in the Vipul Shah-directed movie.
This will be her fifth film opposite Akshay after Rowdy Rathore, Joker, Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.

It wud have actually been refreshing to see kangs or anushka with akshay

Sonakshi with akshay will jus make it same old same old..

The loss is Akshay's not Anushka or kangana's. Akshay keeps working with same heroines or new heroines nobody cares about.

From Kat to Sona?

No offense to Sona but if the role is similar to Kat's in the first one...she won't be able to do it.

If the role is similar to Katrina's then how will Sona fit the bill. I would have preferred Anushka for the role.

That's not kangana 's or Anushka 's loss, they are doing better movies with meatier roles, Sonal shi despite of her talent is now in the same league as Jack, Kriti Sanon etc.
