I've read a few comments saying that Kareena is too old to look that sexy in dance numbers. I've also read comments saying that Sonam is old. Do you guys consider 30 to be old for actresses? Please share your thoughts.

Yes, maybe not 30, but certainly by 33-35. Most actresses tend to get married in their 30s. Once they do that, they can pretty much say bye bye to the industry. Sure they'll still come in films from time to time, but they won't be as successful as they were before. We've seen that with almost all the top notch actresses of the 90s. It never is the case with actors. They will always get work!

No, times are changing. It is the talent and not age which matters.

most of the top actresses as of today are either in their 30's or nearing 30's - be it Kareena, Priyanaka, deepika, Anushka or Kangana.

No new actress has been able to make a mark except Alia.

Times were different 10 yaers back

Only ash, Preity and Rani were 30 + back then, in the 2005 actresses A listers

Today, in 2015, all the A listers are 30 or nearing 30 - except Alia

I dont think 30 is old for men or women very much sure like me most of us members in this forum thinks same we are all majority of broad minded and progressive people but the unfortunate truth is there is a big part of male population out there who thinks like that. Shelf life of heroine is different after marriage kareena and vidya looks same their acting is same but the offers not same the interest in them is also less to what it was in their peak of career before marriage.
