Awesome Chapter Angela😃
I am so happy that Parth and Panchali finally got togetherWhen there is true love, there is no need for words❤️
Thanks Arya. I am happy you liked both.😊Ah a very romantic update with beautiful lyrics to go with it. 😊
on another note. I like your icon 😉
Paarth woke up when sunlight flashed in front of his eyes. It was a wonderful 'morning'. Panchi still had her arms wrapped around him and he could not help but stare at her calm face. It seemed like it was her best sleep in recent days. He could rarely see this form of her. So calm, so serene yet ever charming.
Panchi opened her eyes then. She never knew when they slept last night. They never spoke anything just slept away in clamness on the terrace itself. Much it her surprise, they were sitting all night. They last she could remember was closing her eyes when she hugged Paarth last night.
"Okay, then. We need to hurry up", Paarth got up in good spirits "we have a lot to do".
"Like what?" Was the answer he received.
"Like tell everyone about 'us' and also, start planning about our wedding" he said with a huge smile.
"Wedding?"
"Haan. Now since all is completely fine between us..." He was completing when Panchi cut in.
"Paarth, we cannot get married right now."
"Obviously we can."
"No we cannot."
"Why?" He looked irritated.
"Because... Okay. Paarth. See. I know all is fine between us" she got up to come closer to him, "but this is 'us'. I mean we... We have gone through an awful lot. I think we need to give a bit of time to this relationship before we actually go ahead with it".
"Why would you feel that? Don't you believe in 'us'?"
"I do! But Paarth. We are not Arjun and Draupadi. We are Paarth and Panchi. Of course we were once. But conditions are different today. Situations are different today. Look, last time I got married, it was full of complex happenings. This time I don't want any kind of 'complex' happenings here."
"Okay. What makes you think something complex will happen?"
"The quest. It is full of dangers. Plus, we love each other, that's enough. I want we should be sure about it before we move ahead".
"Okay Panchi. This is stupid. Its not even a reason."
"Look Paarth. If you find this stupid, it is better we don't take this talk ahead."
"You know what. Yes! Let's take a break!" Paarth told angrily. All the while he had waited to be with her and now he could not take any difference between them.
"Yup. Let's go out of an ice-cream or something." She said, not interpreting the real meaning.
"No Panchi.", he said seriously "a break from 'us'." And saying this he left her alone, shocked and broken.

"Two coffees please." A girl sat near Panchi and ordered.
"I am sorry but I am already sitting here." Panchi replied.
"Mam. I hope you won't mind but the board outside this place says "Coffee Bond". Would you mind developing one of that thing with me?" She asked with a smile.
"I don't know. I have not met many Indians here expect a few in my locality. Where do you live in London?" Panchi asked curiously.
"Hhmmm.. I won't mind telling but let's talk about you? What happened? Had a fight with someone?"
"Well. Kind of. A big one actually!"
"Okay. Why don't you talk it over while we have coffee?" The girl asked her sweetly, handing her a coffee mug.
"Okay. He wants us to get married. I think its too fast. Is anything wrong with it?"
"Nope. Not at all!" She said as she sipped her coffee.
"Why doesn't he understand it!" Panchi said as she put her coffee mug on the table out of frustration.
"Look. We all go through it. Maybe he feels you have reached that stage of getting married but you don't. You both are not in the same boat at this point. It happens. Talk over it with him. Such fights help your relationships grow." She told as she peeped into her tote to take something out.
"Really? But he won't listen to me." Panchi told as she looked around the coffee house.
"Hmm... He will. Just keep your calm."
"Really!"
"Yes."
"Are you experienced?" Panchi asked with a raised brow.
"Hmm... I need to leave. I have to teach a class." She stood up to leave.
"Hey! You can't leave without telling me your name!" Panchi stood up in opposition.
"Its Mihika. Mihika Iyer".
"Well thanks a ton, Ms.Mihika" Panchi replied with a smile as they parted.
----------------- ---------------------------- ----------------------------
"I don't understand. Obviously I don't." Paarth blabbered to himself.
"Yes you don't my friend." Said someone who just sat near him.
"What makes you think that? Wait. Do you even know what I am talking about?"
"Obviously. You just had a fight with 'her'."
"Oh you DO know what I am talking about!" Paarth said with feigned astonishment.
"So.. What was the matter about?"
"I won't tell you. I never would."
"Okay. Just listen then. Value her opinion." The man told him with a reproachful eye.
"I do. I really do."
"No you don't mate. Or you won't be blabbering here."
"You are judging me now. You don't even know me." Paarth told the man out of irritation.
"Come on. Accept it. You love her but cannot believe that she is not in the same boat as you are!"
"Okay. If I do accept it, what would it change?"
"A lot." Was the answer.
"Like...?" Paarth asked.
"Think about it yourself." The man told.
"Okay. Have you ever been in a relationship?"
"Nah. I was developing one with someone but then she left one day out of nowhere." He was told with a regret.
"Hmm... Okay. I should be leaving now. Thanks for help. Your name you told was?"
"I never did. I will now. It is Abhishek Singh. ACP Abhishek."
"From India that you are." Paarth looked pleased.
"I very much am." Abhishek replied.
"How come here Mr.ACP?"
"Well, it can be called a holiday, not! I am here, managing a few things and also I have to prepare a report. Its much like a field trip for police people." He informed Paarth.
"Great. Has London welcomed you well?"
"Cannot say that. Pretty cold here. But yes, its likeable."
" Okay then ACP. Hope we meet again." Paarth said with a smile as he took leave.
"We will, I hope."
----------------- ---------------------------- ----------------------------
"Anyone up yet?" Paarth shouted as he entered the house.
"Yup. Making dinner, boy." Vrushali replied from the kitchen.
"Hmmm... What is it that we got there?" He asked.
"Guess for yourself."
"I will later." He said quickly, went upstairs to find Panchi in his room.
He closed the door for he was sure they did not want their talks to be heard by anyone. "So..." He asked innocently.
"I feel..." She told.
"We should not hurry." He told with a smile.
"You really feel that!" Panchi was shocked.
"Yes." He said as he opened his arms for a hearty hug.
She could not help but hug him tightly. "Someone helped me realise that we could talk it over" she told him.
"Wow. So was the case with me!" Paarth was astonished.
"Hmm.. Really? Well, strangers can be friendly at times." She told him happily.
"Yup. But I prefer people I know." Paarth told with a smile.
"Everyone does." Panchi said.
While Paarth and Panchi had a hearty conversation, on street in London, Abhishek and Mihika crossed each other's paths without knowing they did. This time destiny brought them together to entangle them into emotions forever.
But... Will they listen to the tunes of their hearts?

Do catch the first chapter of 'Surr... Do Dilon Ka'
First thing, I like that you are not marrying them off in a hurry, it would have been too soon in the plot. Second I liked the entry of Abhika - nicely enrolled. Nothing dramatic and just right. There story sounds intriguing. But panchi is right, we have a quest and I am still waiting on that. 😊
Hmm.. Don't worry, you'll get a lot of scene of the queen. 😃Originally posted by: naturelover33
