Chapter 14 A

"Aiyoo..!! This zip..!! Arghhh Aiyappa..!!"Nandini murmured under breath as usual her zip was stuck. She was struggling with the zip of her white kurti when suddenly she felt HIS touch on her bare back and she gasped. She can clearly see his handsome face in the reflection of the mirror. He was looking utterly handsome in his white kurta and white trouser. Light stubble,sharp jawline and the usual smirk was making his face resemble to a Greek god. Now his hands were busy in zipping her dress and he was nuzzling his nose in her ear.

"Manik..!!"She merely whispered.

"Hmm..!!"His sexy hum against her ear sent shiver down her spines and she felt weak on her knees.

"Leave me...!! Koi dekh lay ga..!! Door is open..!!"This time she said softly gripping herself.

"Tou..!! Dkhny do..!! Like I care..!!"Manik said with an attitude and made her face him. He look at her face. Those hazel orbs filled with kajal,pouty lips covered with red lipstick and usual blush on her cheek was something he loved the most. He gently caressed her cheeks with his thumbs and she smiled.

"Aik wada karo ge?"Manik said in a serious tone.

"Haan..!!"Nandini said holding his hand.

"Hamesha aisy he smile karti rehna..!! Q kay jab tum smile karti ho na tou bohat beautiful lagti ho..!!"Manik said softly it was more a prayer and Nandini was lost in his words.

Nandini was sobbing hard and Manik patted her head.

"Oyee..!! Why are you crying..!! Look at me?"Manik said cheekily and made her look to him.

"Thank you Manik..!! You gave me another life..!! I forgot to smile in last one year..!! Thank you..!!"Nandini said smiling between her tears.

"Awww..!! Acha ab tum ni rona ok..!!"Manik said lovingly and wiped her tears.

"I promise I will never cry..!!"Nandini said determinedly.

"That's like my good girl..!"Manik said lovingly and Nandini smiled. Suddenly they heard knock on the door both look at the door and found their friends giggling at them.

"Ab romance ko thora pause day do..!! And tum logon ko bta dain gay guests aa gye hain..!! Aunty is calling you both..!!"Cabir said laughingly.

"Rahul aa gya?"Nandini asked in a serious tone and all who were laughing instantly became serious.

"Yes..!! He is down..!!"'Navya said in a serious tone and Nandini took a deep breath. All came in the room.

"Time for some serious action guys..!!"Manik said with his usual smirk and extended his hand. Cabir was the first to place his hand on his hand then Navya followed him. Mukbhi and Dhrulya also placed their hand at the end Nandini placed his hand looking at Manik. She was confident and that's what Manik wanted today.

"Come on guys..!! All for one..!!"Cabir shouted.

"And One for all...!!"Navya too shouted and all raised their hand in air.

"Chalo Nandini jaldi say dupatta lay lo..!! Tmhara face nazar ni ana chye..!!"Manik said and Nandini covered her face in ghoongat. All came down. Manik was tightly holding Nandini's hand and was following his friends. The reason for hiding Nandini's face was that if Rahul was in lounge they can cover Nandini. But to their good luck he was at poolside with many other peoples.

"Thank God he is outside..!! Nandini..!! Hum sab bahar ja rahy hain..!! Jab main tmy ishara karoon tab tm ana ok?"Manik said in a low voice and Nandini nodded. All left her in the lounge. She hide behind the curtain and peeped out from the window to see what was going on next.

"Wohhoo..!! Look who we have here..!!"Manik exclaimed and patted Rahul's shoulder. All his other friends too came there.

"Hi..!! Happy Holi..!!"Rahul said smilingly.

"Happy Holi..!! Guys let's wish Mr.Rahul in our special way..!!"Manik said cheekily and with that he signaled Nandini. Fab5 and Thakar's within a second covered Rahul with lots of color to prevent an eye infection Rahul closed his eyes. At the same time Nandini came running and she came at Rahul's back. As the color attack was so sudden Rahul was not able to figure out anything. He was just covering his eyes with his palms. Nandini took advantage of it and she whispered in Rahul's ear something which shook him to the core and the whisper was "You are my rapist..!! You killed me..!!" As soon as she whispered she hide under the table and Manik stood in front of her to cover it while Rahul immediately turned to look at his back but he saw Manik.

"Wo..!! Have you heard-heard it..!!"Rahul fumbled.

"Heard What?"Manik asked innocently.

"Wo..!! The whisper..!!"Rahul said still confused as he look at all of them to get anything but they all shrugged their shoulders.

"Rahul..!! Yar..!!Abhi tou bhaang shuru bhi nai hue tmy pehli he nasha ho gya..!!"Cabir said laughingly and all joined him. And Rahul became a little embarrassed.

"I need to wash my face..!!"Rahul said in a low voice and Manik pointed towards the washroom. Rahul quietly went from there and all burst out in laughter. Manik helped Nandini to come out from under the table.

"Did it worked?"Nandini asked nervously.

"Of course...!! Kash tum us ka face dkhti..!!"Manik was still laughing. Suddenly they saw Rahul coming back. Manik dragged Nandini behind a holi board and all other covered them. Nandini's heartbeat was fast now. Nandini hide herself in Manik's as much as she could and Manik's grip around Nandini became more tight.

"Rahul..!! Chal yaar..! Aj thora enjoy ho jye..!! Come..!! Let's eat jalebi..!!"Cabir said loudly and dragged Rahul with him. MaNan sighed in relief. Suddenly a wicked idea came in Nandini's mind and she carefully picked up some color in her fist from nearby table while Manik was busy in looking for Rahul. Suddenly Nandini threw color on Manik's face and he became shocked for an instant. While Nandini was smiling widely.

"It's my revenge for this morning..!!"Nandini exclaimed and was about to run away when Manik held her dupatta and pull her towards him.

"Miss.Nandini..!! Have you forgotten then let me remind you that every trick you try to play with me..!! You have to PAY for that..!!"Manik said huskily wiping his face with her dupatta and Nandini shyly turned her head.

"Manik..! Plan..!!"She tried to free herself from his grip.

"Plan bhi hota rahy ga..!! Pehly you have to pay..!!"Manik said seductively but Nandini placed her palm on his lips and run away. Manik let her go this time and smiled. Because at that time plan was more necessary than romance.

Manik and Rahul were sitting on the bar counter. Manik made Rahul drink lots of bhaang and he was totally knocked down.

"So Rahul..! You were talking about the whisper..!!"Manik said in a serious tone.

"Haan..!! Whisper..!!"Rahul said a little horrified. He was about to say something else when suddenly again Manik's friends so many colors that there formed a color mist. Nandini came in front of Rahul and he rubbed his eyes thinking that he must be hallucinating because of bhaang. Nandini came close to Rahul and pushed him away by shouting "You killed me..!!" Rahul became more horrified and during all this Manik was standing quietly while all friends were throwing colors. They again threw color on Rahul and he closed his eyes seeing this Nandini run from there and Manik again sat on his stool satisfied on the act and friends stopped throwing colors and went away. Rahul was totally not getting what was happening. He was becoming more and more horrified.

"Man-manik..! Tum nay..!! Wo lar-larki daikhi..!!"He asked Manik.

"Larki? Who? Rahul..!! Tum nashy main ho..!!"Manik said smilingly.

"Aray ni..!! Wo the..!!"Rahul said emphasizing on his words.

"Kon?"Manik asked curiously.

"Nan-Nandini..!!"Rahul fumbled and Manik smiled victoriously.

"Kon Nandini..!!"Manik again said lightly.

"Aray..!! Woi wali Nandini..!! Jis ka myny ra..!!"Rahul was about to say the truth but he stopped. Manik's jaws tightened and he clutched his fist..

"Jis ka tumny..!"Manik asked keeping himself as calm as he could.

"Yaar..!! Tjy pta hai..!! Sony ki cheeriya the...!! Shadi waly din bhaag gai..!! Huhh..!!"Now Rahul was blaming Nandini for all that and Manik so much wanted to punch Rahul.

"Maybe it was your fault that she left you..!!"Manik said softly.

"Huuuhhh..!! It was not my fault..!! She was not agreed to my conditions..!! Bloody bit**..!!"Rahul shouted and that was it for Manik he held Rahul's collars and was punched him suddenly Cabir came running held Manik.

"How dare you..!!"Rahul barked.

"Shut up..!! You bast***..!!"Manik shouted and here without Manik's intention everyone started looking at them. Plan was ruined because of Manik's anger. Manik's plan was that they will make Rahul confess himself and after that they will ruin his reputation. Nandini was just aware of that hide and seek game. But here Manik's short temper had ruined everything. Nandini was watching all that from lounge window and was shivering on her place.

"How dare you to punch me..!!"Rahul was about to pounce on Manik when Nayonika came in between.

"Rahul leave..!!"Nayonika shouted and Rahul zoomed out of the pool. Nandini saw Rahul coming inside the lounge. She was stunned on her place Rahul also saw her and he too was stunned. Everyone was busy in calming down Manik that nobody noticed what was happening in the lounge. Nandini tried to act confident and acted that she was not real.

"You are real..!! Aren't you..!!"Rahul whispered coming near to Nandini. Nandini didn't said anything.

"I know you are real..!!"Rahul again whispered and picked a fruit knife and with in a second and marked a deep cut on Nandini's bare arm instantly blood ozzed out of the wound. Before she could scream for help Rahul placed his palm on her lips to stop her from shouting.

"So..!! You are here Nandini..!! Haaahhh..!! Now got to know everything..!! All those pranks..!! Everything..!! That Manik..!! He knew everything..!! But you kids..!! What you think..!! Rahul Khana is a fool..??!"Rahul whispered in a deadly voice. Nandini's eyes were widened with horror. She was struggling to get free from his grip. Rahul look at the necklace in her neck and pull the necklace. As it was a silver chain not an ordinary chain it broke with leaving very deep marks on Nandini's neck small drops of blood oozed out from those marks too. And Nandini shivered with pain. He dragged Nandini out of the lounge Nandini was waving for Manik but he was not attentive towards her tears of helplessness run down her cheeks. He walked towards the parking. Parking was empty no one was there. In all the dragging session Nandini's dupatta fell moreover her shoes too fell somewhere. Rahul threw her on the back seat of his car and tied her hands with a rope moreover he tied her face too. Suddenly a guard came there marching.

"Sir..!! What are you doing..!!"He shouted and tried to free Nandini from his grip.

"Shut up..!!"Rahul shouted and pushed him away. He fell and accidentally a stone hit his head and he became unconscious. Rahul within seconds came out of Malhotra Mansion. Now he was driving towards his home.

"Tu pagal ho gya hai..!! Sara plan barbaad kar diya..!!"Cabir shouted angrily.

"Haan pagal ho gya hoon..!! He abused Nandini..!! That was not the plan..!!"Manik shouted.

"Nandini hai kahan..!"Suddenly Alya spoke and all look at each other.

"She was in lounge..!!"Nayonika said. As soon as Nayonika said lounge all look at her. Then Manik was the first to run towards the lounge all followed him.

"Nandini..!!"Manik shouted as he stepped in the lounge. Suddenly his eyes fell over the blood on the floor and he run towards it. Cabir found the necklace and gave to Manik.

"God no..!!"Manik shouted worriedly and run towards the parking. There he saw Nandini's red dupatta and her shoes too. He felt like his whole world started collapsing. Then he saw guard he rushed towards him and patted his cheek.

"Ram..!! Nandini kahan gai?"Manik shouted.

"Manik Baba..!! Hmy maaf kar dain..!! Rahul Sir Nandini didi ko lay gye..!! Hum nay roka bhi par wo hmy dhaka day kar chly gye..!!"Ram said sadly and Manik felt like his heart stopped beating. All came running towards Manik.

"It's all my fault..!! Main protect nahi kar paya usy..!!"Manik whispered he didn't knew how to react.

"Manik..!! Beta..!! Relax...!!"Nayonika said to Manik cupping his cheeks but Manik shook her hand away.

"No..!! No..!!"He shouted and run towards his car. Cabir sat with him and other followed them in other car which was driven by Abhimanyu.

Chapter 14 C

Finally Rahul stopped the car in front of his villa. And dragged Nandini out. Nandini knew that if Rahul can do that once he can do that twice. Her heart was continuously praying for Manik to come. Rahul dragged her towards a bedroom. He untied her mouth and threw her on the bed. Nandini crawled to one corner of the bed.

"Let's have some serious talk Nandu..!!"Rahul said wickedly and sat on a sofa while Nandini turned her face.

"Don't you dare call me that..!!"Nandini shouted.

"Wohooo..!! Why only Manik Malhotra can call you that?"Rahul said teasingly.

"Mery Manik ka naam bhi mat laina..!!"Nandini roared like a tigress.

"Hmmm..!! Tmhara Manik..!!"Rahul said. "Where have you been since last one year..!!"Rahul again asked.

"None of yours business..!!"Nandini said hatredly.

"I thought that you love me..!!"Rahul said shamefully.

"Love?? Thooo..!!"Nandini shouted and spit on the floor.

"Hahaha..!!"Rahul laughed wickedly. "You think your Manik can harm me..!! No baby..!! He can't..!! He can just play these kind of pranks...!!"Rahul said in hatred and grabbed Nandini's wrist. He pull her towards him she resisted.

"Manik...!!"She yelled in hope that maybe he will come.

"Shut up and stop resisting..!!"Rahul shouted and slapped Nandini's face. She screamed in pain once again. The deep cut of her arm and so much loss of blood was making her weak. But she didn't stopped resisting. Rahul again slapped her and tore her kurti sleeves. He bite her hard on her neck as her neck was already hurt she screamed like a maniac.

"Manik..!!"This time she sobbed his name. Rahul pinned her on the bed and held her wrists tightly. Nandini tried her best to push him away but he was way too strong.

"Rahul no please..!!"Nandini again shouted helplessly.

"Aaa..!! Don't shout..!!"Rahul said calmly.

"No..!! Manikkk...!!"She again shouted. This annoyed Rahul more. He was about to slap her again when someone held his hand. He look at the owner and got more annoyed after seeing him. It was none other than Manik...!!

Manik was so helplessly driving his car. Nandini's dupatta was in his lap and he was silently crying while Cabir was trying to track Rahul.

"Mil gya..!!"Cabir shouted happily and Manik look at him. "I got Rahul's location..!!"Cabir shouted happily and Manik sighed. They immediately drove to that place.While Abhimanyu and others followed them. As soon as they reached Rahul's villa they got down of car. Manik heard Nandini's screams and for an instance he thought he lost her. There was so much pain in her screams his hold on her dupatta became more tight. He run inside as luckily main door was open and Cabir asked all girls to stay out. While Abhimanyu,Dhruv and Cabir followed Manik. When Manik entered the bedroom the sight in front of him was enough to boil his blood. Rahul was about to slap Nandini again but Manik immediately held his hand. Cabir,Dhruv and Abhimanyu held Rahul and dragged him away.

"Manik..!!"Nandini shouted and clinged to Manik. Manik wrapped the dupatta around her. She was shivering badly Manik held her tightly. Manik sighed that he was on time. Once again his empty arms were filled with his love.

"Bus..!! Main aa gya na..!! Shhh..!!"Manik consoled her and she clutched his back so tightly almost digged her nails in his back.

"Hahh..!! Poor love..!!"Rahul shouted but Cabir slapped him.

"Kaminy salay..!! Tjy kya laga itna asani say jany dain gay tjy..!!"Abhimanyu said and punched him in his stomach.

"Tu ny kiya tha na Nandini ka rape..!!"Dhruv shouted and again slapped him.

Kuch Nahi bigaar skty tum log mera..!!"Rahul very proudly confessed his evil deeds. Nandini was now sobbing still cling to Manik.

"Wow..!! Tera tou wo hashar ho ga kay sari dunya dekhy ge..!! Abhi jo sab to ny bakwas ki hai na..!! Ya sab record ho chuki hai..!! Aur beta jo Malhotra's kay sath deal pay tou apni sari investment laga chuka hai Mrs.Malhotra has backed off from that deal..!!"Cabir said laughingly and Rahul who was so much confident on his deed his face darkened.

"Liars...!!"Rahul shouted.

Chapter 14 D

"We are not liars..!! Listen to this..!!"Abhimanyu said smilingly and started the recording.

"Aur tjy kya lgta hai..!! Tj say wahan fight q ki the? Ta kay tjy gusa aye..!! It was all our plan..!! Han tera Nandini ko kidnap karna was not our plan I accept it..!!"Manik said coldly. "Ab jo tu ny Nandini kay sth kiya us kay liye you have to pay..!!"Manik said angrily. That was it Dhruv,Cabir and Abhimanyu started beating Rahul. They dragged Rahul in front of Nandini.

"Slap him Nandini..!! Release your frustration..!!"Cabir said naughtily. Manik tried to make Nandini look at Rahul but she didn't look at Rahul. She just hugged Manik more tightly. Manik patted her back to calm her. He himself gave Rahul an earth shattering punch that Rahul fell in Nandini's feet. Nandini shrieked as soon as she felt Rahul's touch on her feet. Manik angrily pushed Rahul away with his foot.

"Say sorry..!!"Abhimanyu shouted.

"I am sorry Nandini..!! Please..!! Please forgive me..!!"Rahul begged. Nandini again didn't said anything and hide her face in crook of Manik's neck. "Please forgive me..!!"Rahul again shouted. Suddenly police came and they caught Rahul.

"Inspector sahab..!! Meri bahu ka naam nahi ana chye..!!"Nayonika said to inspector and he nodded. Nayonika came and tried to touch Nandini's head but she again shrieked. Nayonika became surprised.

"Don't touch me..!!"Nandini shouted and her grip on Manik became more tight she started shivering.

"Acha..!! Shh..!! Mom..!! Abhi ni..!!"Manik said lovingly and Nayonika noddingly moved away. Inspector dragged Rahul out of the house he was about to take Rahul away when suddenly Mukti came and punched Rahul hardly.

"This is for touching me..!!"Mukti said angrily and Rahul quietly went away. Meanwhile Manik came out with Nandini. Three girls rushed towards Nandini to hug her but Manik showed them his hand to stay away because as soon as Nandini saw them coming she started shivering.

"Guys she needs time..!!"Manik said slowly as Nandini was not letting go Manik.

"Manik..!! Take her to our cottage..!! This time she needs you the most..!! Maybe spending some time with you will help her to heal soon..!!"Nayonika said softly and Manik nodded.

"Chalo ge mery sath?"Manik asked Nandini she simply nodded and clutched his hand tightly. Manik waved a bye to all. He went towards his car and made Nandini sit in it. He himself sat on the driving seat and drove away.

"Poor Nandini..!!"Alya said sadly as she had tears in her eyes. Dhruv gently took her in a hug and she started sobbing.

"She will be fine right?"Mukti asked to Abhimanyu and he nodded his head taking Mukti in a side hug.

"Manik hai na us kay sth..!! Wo theek ho jye ge..!!"Navya said and side hugged Cabir to which he smiled.

"Bachoon..!! Chalo ghar chalain..!"Nayonika said and all followed her.

"Meri jaan theek hai na..!!"Manik said lovingly kissing her hair and she just hummed. Manik was driving towards their seaside cottage and Nandini's head was on Manik's shoulder. Whole way Manik was talking to her just to calm her down but Nandini was listening to him. After a drive of 2 hours they reached the cottage. Manik opened the cottage with his key and lead Nandini inside.

"Actually this cottage belonged to my GrandPa..!! But before he died he gave the rights of this cottage to me..!!"Manik told Nandini excitedly and lead her to the bedroom. It was beautiful cottage with every necessary thing. Manik made her sit on the bed and he himself went to get the first aid box. He gently took off her dupatta Nandini didn't protested and placed it away. He saw the deep cut. Although blood was not oozing out of it but it was still fresh. Manik slowly and carefully cleaned the wound with antiseptic. Nandini didn't hissed a little her face was same expressionless. After dressing the arm wound. Manik gently cleaned the neck marks. Only Manik knew how he was controlling himself not to cry.

"I am sorry..!!"He whispered as he was in guilt. Nandini look at him and shook her head in no. As if saying that it was not his fault. She gently placed her head on his heart. Manik wrapped his arms around her to give her protection. Nandini gently lifted her head to fuse her lips with Manik's. This kiss was painful. As soon as their lips met tears fell off Nandini's eyes. Manik gently made her lie down on the bed and entwined their hands. He kissed her slowly. There was no urgency..! No haste..!! No lust..!! No want..!! No need..!! It was love..!! Pure love..!! Blissful love..!! Manik broke the kiss and pecked her forehead. Nandini look in his eyes and he smiled.

"Manik..!"She whispered for the first time after that incident.

"Bolo jaan..!!"Manik said lovingly kissing her wounds.
