ABCD was a hit franchise but not some humongous BO crushing film. Akshay's films make more money than that so having Akshay>>>>>>> being part of ABCD sequel

Varun won the battle between him and that wooden plank...fair and square 😉

Now I hope wooden plank gets 2 more flops and then bye bye from the industry 😆

It's funny because in SOTY, Sid was portrayed as the better guy all around, while Varun's character was always second-place
And in real life, the opposite happened😆

I wouldn't count ABCD2 as just Varun's success though. It's a dance movie, I bet even if the cast was all nobodies, people would still watch it because of all the choreography. But Varun also did have a successful Badlapur on his own merit

Moral of the story for the SOTY kids, don't stick with just KJo for films - he's no guaranteed hit machine
