In Doli Armaanon ki they show Shaurya as the perfect son and brother. I wish the CV would dig more into what an abuse child goes through and can turn out to be.
Kunal Karan Kapoor has from the very second episode given Shaurya so many shades, that the CV got full freedom to go anywhere they want with his character...but still his character is standing still and the CV are not giving Kunal enough to work with.
- Shaurya has an anger and a lot of anxiety. He has full control over it...but what if he loose control?
- Shaurya has a fear of being alone and loosing people he love around him...what if he start loosing one by one? Could be because of him loosing control over everything he is controlling inside him.
- Shaurya has been abuse as a child and has not talked or shared the pain with anyone...what if they bring in a character or use a character there is...he feel he can share his demons with? (I want to know more about Shaurya and his inner struggle)
- Shaurya has never had a regular childhood. He had to grow up and take responsibility in a very early age. Would be nice with a love track and watch him getting excited, nervous, awkward, clumsy and vulnerable. Not the mature and controlled Shaurya but more the impulsive and relaxed Shaurya.
- Shaurya has a lot of pain inside him...he is struggling...what about the CV exploring this part of Shaurya?
- Shaurya does what he is told and suppress his own feelings and wishes. A feeling of betrayal or a feeling of not being good enough could end this and the outcome could be interesting.
- It is important for Shaurya to live up to every ones expectations, not disappointing them...their trust in him is important for him...what if he loose that? What if he feel he could not live up to their expectations and trust?
What I want to say with my post is, that Shaurya has a lot of shades and depth...thanks to Kunal Karan Kapoor. The CV really need to start noticing what small details, shades and depth Kunal is giving his character and how powerful the character can get.
Shaurya is so pure and try to do everything right, that if he feel he hurt someone and the self hate is awaken for being Simrat's son...the road of self destruction will begin.
If he feels that everything he has worked for, to bring family together and to belong was useless...the fall and outcome could be so interesting.
Shaurya is the strong pillar of Dak and they really need to trust that and give Kunal more to work with. Let Kunal Karan Kapoor create the magic...please!
Just my view 😳
