I think Meenakshi Sheshadri deserves a mention. Most actresses who do classical dance are usually trained in one type of classical dance but Meenakshi was trained in Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Kathak, and Odissi. She was a fierce dancer. I don't think even Madhuri or Aishwarya can pull this off:

Also check out this piece by Vyjantimala. It's like The Dance of Envy but with classical dancing. She is definitely one of the best female dancers in the history of Bollywood.

No one else comes close.

Your list should have included Waheeda Rehman and Asha Parekh also. They were trained classical dancers.

Vyjanthimala, Madhuri Dixit, Govinda, Hrithik, Sridevi, Mithun - all are really good dancers.
