All that one could say is people are giving less importance to moral values. Can the Prime Minister induce moral values in people? We are heading towards doom.

There are basically two types of leaders, one which has quality of being transactional and other being transforming type. The transactional leadership takes place when one person takes the initiative in making contact with others for the purpose of an exchange e.g a public bargains jobs for votes. While the transforming leadership deals with moral dimension when one or more persons engage with each other in such a way that leaders and followers raise one another to higher levels of motivation and morality. We have seen Gandhi being such a transformational leader, for he met the people's needs but instead of riding them to power remained sensitive to their purposes and aspirations. So why not Modi? He holds the same quality as many transformational leaders have and did in past.

Maybe not the worst, but definitely not the best.
In my opinion, not even good.
I agree when people say change will take time. It cannot be seen in just one year.
But I still believe that all Modi has been doing is advertising.
He's visiting places, starting things and forgetting them.
He's making promises but not doing anything in regard of them.
What happened to the smart-cities? I don't see a single step taken an their regard and it'll be a whole year soon to his announcement.
So yeah, I would say that he can stop his advertisements and actually do something for his country. This country surely needs it.

Let me just name few things which he has accomplished till date..

-Development of digital India movement for government, http://mygov.in/, https://www.localcircles.com/a/home , MAKE IN INDIA, etc...
-Bringing much required investment for infrastructure projects by touring foriegn countries which have potential to develop infrastructure in India, counties like Japa, US, China, etc...
-The clean India movement.

The problem is not what he promised and has not accomplished but what he didn't promise and is still and will continue to accomplish...

I don't agree with this.
Where has the clean India movement gone? I'll tell you, in the drains. Come and visit Delhi (the national capital and where he resides) and you'll know. Just launching a program is not enough. Or better, just working for the first few days isn't either. It would have been better if he introduced fines and stuff and made some rules regarding it. That's what actually matters and is required with the people of this country.
And again, investment. I've not seen anything coming, any investment being made or anything infrastructural started. What I've seen is lots of foreign trips, lots of talk and no work. 🤢
And and and, make in India has NOT progressed at all.
PS: No offence. 😳

Aarya: Any campaign must be backed by action, and educating people on their clean maintenance, both on internally or externally basis. Modi has surely started a revolution, but it must be followed by general public on maintaining it. The focus is on behavior change as well as on infrastructure, and a country-wide focus, it is therefore not just one or two actions, but a combination of all these activities which will make India clean.

Aarya: India is expanding its supply of labor through Make in India, and that's likely to draw more foreign direct investment into the country. e.g. India's hourly wage in the manufacturing sector is 92 cents, compared to $3.52 in China. This is bound to bring in manufacturing which in turn will improving national infrastructure.

Aarya: Haha, and why should I take offense, you have your views and I have mine :)

He showed us the path. But what about regulating the path? Like you said, he is the PM, the leader/captain. He knows about the people of his country. He knows they wouldn't do anything without having any fines and stuff like that. And if he doesn't know that fact, then he's not doing his homework right. I am not blaming him, but I'm questioning his ways. 😳

Maybe you're right. He is going to get investors. But that's all he's been doing. There are other things that require his attention other than roaming around visiting places in the name of getting investors.
