he had extra layer of flesh that would cause short breath problems, and as he is diabetic, he could not be prescribed with every kind of medicine. so doctor suggested him to undergo surgery and remove that layer, and he did..

Mugda, it appalls me that whatever your agenda is, you make his illness and the subsequent treatment sound like a plastic surgery ..

anyways, he was and still is the most good looking thing 😳
