Chapter 5

Kabir to a worker... : Arey bhaiya.. kya kar rahe ho... Appko pata hai aaj kisika birthday hai ?

Worker : Nahi Bhaiya...

Kabir : Arey .. Aaj Nisha Gangwal ka birthday hai.. He stressed Nisha's name... Abh ache se yeh decorate karo.. Agar koi bhi gadbad hui na toh band meri bajni hai...

Worker : Kyun vo band wali hai kya ?

Kabir : Hahaha.. bohut funny tha.. kaam karo na...

He went to Umesh and asked him about the cake and dinner ..

Umesh : Dinner is ready aur cake Aman bake kar rahi hai..

Kabir : Thank god ek tension toh khatam hui..

Umesh : Kabir.. decoration is done.. ?

Kabir : Yes..

Umesh : Dinner is ready!

Kabir : Yes..

Umesh : Nisha is ready..?

Kabir : Yes.. No...

Umesh : Kya?

Kabir : Yaar jab hum baat kar rahe the toh vo so gai thi.. and main bina kisi ko bole aagaya tha ki usse utha de..

Umesh : Kabir tu kitna idiot hai.. tujhe pata hai na ki ghar pe koi nahi hai.. sab bade kisi ki shadi main gaye hai kyunki hum cousins yahan party karne wale hai..abh usse kon leke aayega ..

Kabir: Ek kaam karta hun.. main hi jake aata hun ..

Umesh : Theek hai.. main yahan ka kaam sambhalta hun..

Kabir reached the Gangwal house .. Rupma opened the door ..He told her to go to his house.. Afterall even she was a part of their gang..

Kabir went to her room and saw that Nisha was still sleeping.. she cuddled her teddy and slept..

Kabir in his mind : Hayee.. kash main vo teddy hota..

He came out of his terance and shook Nisha.. He even tried calling her softly.. but she din't wake up she just shifted a bit and slept again.. Kabir looked at the watch and saw that it was almost about 7:30.. He thought for some idea and finally decided to take her to her party like this only.. He picked her up in his arms and took her to his house.. He placed her in the car carefully and drove off

Meanwhile at Kabir s house everyone was waiting impatiently for Nisha and Kabir ...

Saurav : Arey yaar yeh dono kaha rehgaye..

Dolly: Pakka romance kar rahe honge.. she was lost in her dreamland again.. Kirti shook her and said

Kirti: How blah .. agar romance hi karna tha toh party kyun rakhi..

The door bell ringed and everyone thought that it is Nisha and Kabir .. Saurav went to open the door and found Viraj and Kaira there he welcomed them .. The cousins greeted them..

Kaira : Birthday girl kahan hai ..?

Jwala: Pata nahi.. Vo Kabir Ji.. before she could complete her sentence Aman saw Kabir coming inside.. They all were relived that finally these two had arrived..

Sukku : Kahan the yaar ..

Kabir signalled him through his eyes to speak softly.. then everyone noticed that Nisha was in his arms sleeping peacefully.. all the girls were in awe .. but Viraj was a bit uncomfortable seeing them like this..

Nisha moved a bit and Kabir's grip on her became more tight..

Saurav and cousins were about to scream to wake her up but Kabir signalled them to keep quiet...

Nisha opened her eyes slowly... the first thing she saw was Kabir's face.. a smile appeared on her face.. first she thought that she was dreaming but then realised that she was not dreaming... she was in Kabir's arms... Kabir just kept smiling at her.. cousins cleared their throat to get them out of their trance.. Nisha saw around and realised that she was in Kabir's house..

Saurav : Abh Nisha ko aise hi goad main utha ke rakhne ka irada hai .. ?

Nisha signalled Kabir to put her down..Kabir bent down and placed Nisha's feets on the floor..He straightened up and acted as of his back was paining badly..

Kabir: Yaar Nisha tu jitni halki dikhti hai utni hai na..

Nisha looked at him angrily and Kabir gave her a silly smile..

Kaira came to Nisha and wished her .. Viraj too came to her and wished her...

Krisha nnounced that it was time to cut the cake .. Aman bought the cake and keep it on the table..

Nisha : Ek minute.. baki sab kaha hai..? Matlab Mumma Papa ?

Umesh : Nisha vo tujhe yaad hai humare old neighbours unke yahan kisi ki shadi hai toh sab wahan gaye hai... unke ghar ki last wedding hai issliye Dadaji unhe mana nahi kar paye..

Krisha : Haan Maa bhi gai hai.. so sirf hum bacche hai.. abh cake cut karo na... mujhe kahana hai bohut yummy lag raha hai...

Nisha cut the cake and fed the first bite to Kabir.. Kabir did the same... after feeding cake to everyone Nisha went and stood next to Kabir ...

Bunty : Arey.. Nishu di ke face pe kisine cake lagaya hi nahi..

Bunty came forward to apply the cake on Nisha's face but Kabir came in between and stopped him..

Kabir : Bunty.. teri Nishu di na abhi bhi choti si bacchi hai... Isski skin na bohut sensitive hai.. Agar isske muh pe cake lagaya na toh baad main iska muh laal ho jayega.. tamatar ki tarah.. phir yeh ek bandariyaa lagegi ..

Nisha : Tu meri tarafdari kar raha hai ya meri tang keech raha hai ?

Kabir acting innocent : Meri itni majal jo main teri tang keechun ?a

Others were enjoying their cute nok jhoks but Viraj felt uncomfortable.. his mind was lost somewhere else.. he was confused with his feelings..

Kaira noticed this and thought that they should leave before anyone else would notice the change in Viraj's behaviour..

Kaira: I think hume nikalna chahiye.. Kyun Viraj..?

Viraj's chain of thoughts was broken when he heard Kaira call his name.. He just nodded his head..

Kabir : Arey par itni jaldi kyun..?

Kaira : Kabir kal hum sabko ek shooting event ke liye Jaipur se bahar jana hai.. aur app bhi humare saath challenge.. event cover karne.. issliye hume jaldi jana hoga .. humare khayal se appko, Nisha aur Saurav ko bhi jaldi ghar wapas jana chahiye.. yeh event humare liye bohut zaroori hai...

Nisha : But isske baare main pehle toh inform nahi kiya tha ?

Saurav : Nisha vo jab tu aur Kabir chahle gaye usske baad hume yeh pata chala maine socha ki party tujhe bata dunga...

Umesh : Theek hai phir sab wapas chalte hai...

Krisha : Arey but hum itne saalon baad mile hai..Mujhe Nishu ke saath time spend karna tha

Krisha became sad she wanted to spend some time with the cousins.. especially Nisha

Nisha,Dolly,Kirti and Jwala came to her and gave her a hug..

Nisha : Krish... event se wapas aane ke baad main sara time tere saath spend karungi.. tab tak tu baki cousins ke saath time kar.. Kyun Sukku..

Sukku just smiled and looked down..

Kaira : Theek hai toh hum appko kal suab milte hai theek 8 baje .. Academy ke bahar..

Viraj and Kaira left... after a while even the cousins and Nisha came back home...

Nisha went to her room and sat near the window looking at the stary sky... she just re-called today's entire day.. it was her best birthday ever...

Kabir coming back toh India.. joining Lakshaya Academy .. His confession .. their engagement she went to bed thinking about all this..

Kabir's condition was not different even thinking about all that happened in the day..

Both went to sleep with a smile on their faces thinking about what was in store for them in future..

Chapter 6

It was 7 when Kabir's alarm ran.. he snoozed the alarm and tried to hide his face in blanket and sleep again.. then his phone started to ring.. without seeing the caller id he picked up the phone and said hello in a sleepy voice..

Nisha : Kabir.. idiot gadhe uth jaldi.. late ho jayega nahi tho.. job ka first day hai aur pehle din hi job se nikal denge tujhe ..

Kabir in a sleepy voice : Nisha subah suabh kyun chila rahi hai.. sone dena..

Nisha : Theek hai sote reh tu.. kumbkaran ka bhai..

She cut the call and cursed Kabir.. she went to Umesh and asked him to drop her to the Academy..

It was almost 7:45 and Kabir hadn't reached yet.. Saurav came to Nisha and asked about Kabir

Nisha (in an irritated tone) : Puch mat usske bare main.. mujhe usske bare main koi baat nahi karni ..

Gayatri came to them and asked them to get inside the bus.. Nisha had a glance over the road to see if Kabir had come or no but she saw no one.. she went and sat... it was 8 and the bus started but after 2 mins the bus stopped with a jerk..

Priyanka : What the hell.. yeh kya tareeka hai gadi chalane ka ..?

Viraj was about to scold te driver when Kabir came inside ..

Kabir : Sorry sir.. sorry everyone.. sir vo actually raste main hi cab ka tyre puncher ho gaya toh aane main thoda late hoagya so sorry..

Viraj : Its ok Mr. Kabir be careful next time.. driver app bus start kijiye..

Every girl present in the bus was ogling at Kabir but Nisha din't even look at him.. she kept looking outside .. Saurav who was sitting next to Nisha got up and went and sat with Gayatri.. but Gayatri too was busy ogling at Kabir..

Kabir ignored everyone's stare and went and sat next to Nisha.. He saw that Nisha was really angry and was not ready to look at him..He decided to start the conversation..

Kabir : Hi..

Nisha din't reply to him..

Kabir : Sorry yaar.. late hogaya.. but iss main galti teri hai.. Nisha's expressions turned to confused once.. Kabir continued..

Kabir : Subah subah tujhe hi sapne main dekh raha tha.. issliye uthne ka maan hi nahi hua...

Hearing this Nisha's lips curved into a smile and blush crept on her cheecks.. Kabir noticed this and nuzzed her..

Kabir : Abh toh maaf kar dena please...

Finally Nisha turned and looked at him.. He made the cutest baby face that he could ...

Nisha smiled and replied : Maaf kiya.. but next time kaam ke saath no risk .. ok?

Kabir nodded his head in yes and smiled at her..

Priyanka and her friends were busy discussing about Kabir and his looks..

Drushti : Yaar.. yeh new guy kitna cute hai na..

Priyanka : I know.. but yeh uss Nisha ke saath kya kar raha hai ?

Ekta : Chod na Priyanka .. ek baar teri taraf dekhe ga na usski taraf mud ke bhi nahi dekhega..

They looked at Kabir and Nisha.. they both were looking outside the window and were smiling..

Nisha : Kabir vo dekh.. kitna beautiful hai na ?

She was showing him the nature's beatuy but Kabir was busy looking at her..

The morning sunrays were making her face glow more..

Kabir : Bohut beautiful hai..

Kabir replied it was indeed beautiful... but not what Nisha was showing.. he was talking about Nisha..

Nisha turned to him and saw him admiring her.. she got lost in those eyes..Both were lost in eachother's eyes ..

Saurav's voice broke their eyelock..

Saurav: Guys hum yahan 20 mins ka break lenge .. agar kisi ko kuch lena hai like tea coffee anything you can have it from here..

Gayatri made a face and replied : Oh my my.. itni down market hai yeh jagah .. yahan se hum pani bhi nahi pe sakte.. god knows yahan mineral water milega ya nahi..

Viraj turned to her and gave her a stren look..

Viraj : Hum sirf yahi ek stop le rahe hai.. iske baad hum seedha apni destination pe hi rukhenge.. agar kisiko kuch chahiye toh abhi hi le lijiye ..

Saying so he got down of the bus and Kaira followed him.. Priyanka and her friends got down too..

Once Kabir got down he turned and gave his hand to Nisha and helped her get down.. Nisha smiled and caught his hand.. Kabir came to the tea stall and ordered two teas for them.. Saurav came to them and started cribbing..

Saurav : Yaar doston ke liye kya kya karna pdata hai aaj pata chala ..

Kabir : Matlab ?

Saurav : Matlab tu isske saath baith sake issliye main jake Bua ji ke pass baith gaya.. and oh my my.. she is too boring and weird to handle.. he said mimicking Gayatri..

Nisha and Kabir laughed at Saurav's condition..

Saurav: Has lo.. has lo.. dekh li tumahri dosti.. next time main kuch nahi karunga tumahre liye..

Kabir stopped laughing and hugged him : Yaar tut oh sab se best wala bestfriend hai.. Thank you..

Saurav : Chal abh zyada mat chada mujhe.. Nisha tu mere saath chal ek baar sare guns aur bullets wapas dekh lete hai..

Nisha : Haan theek hai..

She looked at Kabir and smiled : Main aati hun.. Kabir smiled at her and she left..

After Nisa left Priyanka came to Kabir..

Priyanka : hi.. I am Priyanka.. Viraj's sister

She extended her hand for a handshake but Kabir din't extend his hand..

Kabir : Hi.. I am Kabir

Priyanka took her hand back and she still stood there with a smile on her face

Priyanka : App Lakshaya Academy main naye hai na.. kaam kya karte hai app..?

Kabir : I have joined as the Advertising head of Lakshaya Academy..

Priyanka : Oh.. appko photography ka shook hai..?

Kabir : Jee.. please excuse me..

Kabir excused himself and went and sat inside the bus..

Priyanka kept standing there an was quiet impressed by Kabir.. She went inside the bus and was about to go and sit with Kabir when Nisha came inside too.. Nisha walked past Priyanka and sat next to him.. Kabir gave her a big smile...

Priyanka stood get jealous and angry on Nisha .. she sat on her seat.. once everyone was inside the bus started ...slowly and gradually everyone started to fall asleep..

Viraj felt some weight on his shoulder he turned and saw that Kaira was sleeping and her head was lying on his shoulder.. her hair stands were coming on her face and were disturbing her.. Viraj carefully tugged the hair strand behind her ear and kept admiring.. once he realised what he was doing he composed himself again he was lost thinking about what does he exactly feel..slowly even he fell asleep..

Everyone in the bus was almost sleeping except Nisha and Kabir..

Nisha kept her head on Kabir's shoulder and both were enjoying the cold breeze that was coming from the window .. slowly even Nisha slept with a smile on her face and Kabir kept admiring her.. she looked so cute while sleeping..
