In the cafeteria

Taani kept thinking over and over on Rey's words. She doesn't know what she should do? So she just called up her friends and told them about what Rey said except his past.

Taani was sitting with her two best friends who were behaving madly ever since I told them about Rey's confession.

Ch: oh my god!!! I can't believe he just said I love you to you

Charlie said with excitement.

T: remember in his sleep. And I don't even know if he remembers or not

Sh: okay! Let's keep that aside and tell us do you love him?

They both were now looking at me.

I don't know what to say. I like him, I really do but the question is do I love him?

I was playing with fingers not knowing what to say either.

Sh: urgh... Will you stop playing with fingers and just tell us do you love him? Because if you don't then you know there are other girls dying for him.

She said pointing towards herself.

I was going to say something but Sharon continued.

You know he is handsome, hot, dashing and have a sexy smile and she went on praising him

I could feel something burning inside me. Was I jealous thinking my best friend was praising someone who loves me?

But why should I be jealous i...i ju...just like him right or I lo... love him?

While I was thinking about I love Rey or not when I saw him entering the cafeteria. He looks dead handsome with his hands in his pockets. I kept looking at him until I got caught by him. He winked towards me and I blushed looking down.

OMG!!! I am blushing.

Well that's what he did to me. I was blushing like hell since morning whenever he was with me.

I looked up to see my friends looking at me; they might have seen me blushing.

Ch: ohh!! Someone is blushing huhh!

T: shut up!

I said slightly hitting her arm.

I saw Rey coming towards our table followed by the other friends.

When they reached the table, Rey asked.

R: can we join you?

Sh: sure

Before I could respond Sharon immediately responded and winked at me, making me glare at her.

Rey's pov

I made my way inside cafeteria and saw Taani and winked at her while she blushed.

Today morning when I woke up I remember myself saying I love you to Taani in my sleep but I didn't got my answer.

So get my answer I came up with the plan that works and that's to make her jealous and confront that she loves me. With that we all moved towards her table and joined them.

I and the guys are going out today, wanna join? I asked looking at Sharon and Charlie but didn't ask her.

I felt sad seeing her sad face but if I want to get my answer I need to make her feel jealous.

"Sure" they both said in unison. I heard Swayam asking Taani.

Sw: Taani you coming right?

T: yeah I am.

She said with a small smile on her face which I didn't like. She looks beautiful when she smiles whole heartedly.

Sw: okay then, just get a swim suit and a towel with you girls.

They looked at us with confusion. I sighed.

Me: don't worry girls, you are gonna enjoy it, I promise.

They nodded their head in approval.

Taani's pov

We were now heading towards Rey's house since my clothes are in his house. We stopped right in front of his house and went inside the house. They all landed themselves on the couch.

Me: I'll be back soon.

I made my way upstairs.

I was about to close the door of the room when someone came inside hurriedly and pinned me against the wall. I was about to shout.

R: shhh... it's me don't shout.

Me: what the hell was that? You scared me.

R: really?

he looked directly in my eyes making me get lost in his hazel orbs. He leaned closer and closer and I closed my eyes. I could feel his breathe fanning on my face and then he moved side way near my ear.

R: do you remember I said something yesterday in my sleep. He whispered in my ear and nibbled my ear.

I couldn't say anything as my voice didn't came out.

R: I need my answer little girl and I hope I'll get that soon.

With that I could no longer feel him so I opened my eyes to see no one around.

I took my swimsuit and made my way down and saw Rey smirking at me.

"This is not what I agreed to." I said with the nervousness in my voice as I stood several feet away from the cliff. Seriously a cliff diving are these people insane. I should have said no because this is just not okay.

Ch: come on Taani, I also jumped and see now I'm enjoying just do it girl.

Sh: Taani come on, see everyone is here except you.

Yeah right everyone was there inside the water enjoying and no one thought about me. Not even Rey.

He was enjoying with my friends. I was feeling jealous of them seeing them close to him. I never saw him with any girl maybe that's why I was feeling like that. I shouldn't get jealous of them they are my friends.

I felt really stupid for saying yes and now I'm feeling like a loser in front of them as I can't jump inside the water.

I can't do this because I know it will hurt like hell if I land wrong.

I just sat on the watching them all having fun. I felt lonely. I regret coming here. Even Rey didn't care to talk to me; he was busy enjoying his moment.

I tried my level best to get out of this situation but nothing worked. Even Swayam came and said he would wait here and make sure I jump off that cliff. But I said no as I didn't want to him to stay back with me and get bored. I felt like running back to home and crying for being such a coward who can't jump off the cliff.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice someone came and sat beside me.

Nil: Taani? Where are you lost?

Me: nothing just thinking how to jump.

Nil: that's why I'm here. Come.

He holds me from my shoulder and made me stand.

Nil: just hold my hands and we'll jump together.

I just shook my head and took small step back.

"Oh, god!" Suddenly I felt a pair of arms around me and picked me up in a bridal style and ran. Ran until we were in the air. I felt like I'm going to fall on the ground and will be dead next moment. i hugged the person tightly like my life depends on him. In an instant, I was engulfing in the water along with another body. I swan to the surface completely leaving the other person.

I gasped for air as I rose up.

"That was just awesome dude." I heard everyone say and cheering as everyone hooted how we jumped or should I say I was forced to jump.

Me: I don't even know what just happened!

One min I was thinking whether to jump or not and the very next moment I was being lifted up and jumped right in the water.

I took you with me. A deep voice said behind me. I don't need to turn around to know who it was. I knew this voice. It's Rey.
