How does this nobody who cannot act for nuts buy a 20cr house? He was nothing when he came and really nothing much even now - a complete non actor. This Sushant Singh enigma really was too strange to be true and I always wondered how he rose this high from rock bottom. I mean even if you sleep with everyone in the industry how can you buy a 20cr house? In fact none of his films even did too well. How HOW how...kaise kaise HOW yeh hua???????😳🤔

Sushant Singh Rajput, who has been prepping up to play India's cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Neeraj Pandey's biopic, now plans to live life king size too. He will move into a sprawling penthouse in Bandra's Pali Hill which he has bought for a whopping Rs 20 crore. The 29-year-old actor currently lives with his girlfriend, former television actress Ankita Lokhande in a 2-BHK in Malad. The couple will be moving into their new home by the year end.
"When I first moved to Mumbai from Delhi, I was living with six roommates in a one room-kitchen apartment.I always dreamt of owning a penthouse in the city and have worked really hard to achieve this dream. On November 11, 2013, I moved into my Malad home. Now, I am excited about the next change," Sushant told Mirror.
According to a source close to the actor, Sushant had been meeting agents in Bandra and Juhu for a while now.
Ankita shortlisted a few proper ties too. The last leg of paper work is underway and he should be able to shift into his penthouse by December. The actor has plans for the interiors too. He stays up late every night, watching movies and listening to music. "So, the home will be equipped with an indoor theatre and surround sound," added the source. "He is also an avid reader and will have a full wall for his books, right up to the ceiling. He already has cabinets for them in the Malad house. Now he can have a mini library."
