Arey its not pasand - napasand... it just defies commercial logic. Even if they earned enough they will still have to pay atrocious maintenance per month... living in a penthouse is non stop kharcha. Even 4 cr is not easy to earn... otherwise all the top actors in serials would have had penthouses... but I hear of no TV actors buying penthouses. And the commercial films he has done are not so big...otherwise even Anushka Sharma who is bigger might have gotten her penthouse by now.

Good luck and congrats to him... just stated I donot understand how he got so much money even with earnings from serials, movies and endorsements...kuch jyada laga.

And how he gets these movies is another ghotala all together... why is a non actor like him even picked for these movies 🤔 ... just very surprised!

I can't imagine what people who live in big houses must do to make ends meet every month...the bigger the house, higher the utilities fees and maintenance fee...thats why SRK has to work this much but Sushant, he must be really confident of his future to buy a house like this...
