Why are Salman Khan films all released on Holidays?

Because salman will lose his 3rd position if he releases his films in holidays as even holiday releases has also kept his BO records behind Aamir and SRK

I thought Business Basics are Common Sense.

Q. Why are all the big stars fighting over holidays, is it because they know they can't open a film on a non holiday like an Amitabh Bachchan did in his hey day?

Ans. The business scenario has changed and the fact is with such a short lifespan of films holidays add to the business of a film whether the film succeeds or not. Take out a holiday from a flop film like Besharam a 56 crore lifetime nett becomes 46 crore nett. That is an extra 5 crore share and this is with a flop. Everybody wants a holiday and announces hoping others stay but when you set a date on a big holiday that film has to be feared otherwise others will be prepared to take it on.

This is not Hollywood. This is Bollywood and it's not just about Salman Khan but it's about everyone involved in a Salman Khan Film or any other Big Star Film.

Films don't run for months and months here. Instead they are given only a few weeks run to rack in as much profit they can. This is why BIG FILMS involved with BIG STARS now target holidays because it will mean a bigger lifetime collection.

Money is everything. If you are able to collect money, you are a superstar. If you're not able to collect money, you're nothing even though you have all the "act" in "actor".

It's about Maximum profit. I am sure if you were investing your money on these films as a producer then you would want to earn as much profit as you can and not give a f**k about bravery. 😆

Seedhi si baat hain yaar every producer will seek besht possible release dates for their filams and want their filams earns more and more money on BO.
