I had a life coach for about 1 month

Its just someone who teaches you to get out and achieve your goals instead of holding back,

learn to let go of the past and look towards the future. Healthy approach to life.

motivation when you are applying for jobs or want to advance in your career or studies.

its similar to college guidance councilors that make you focus on what you want to do that makes you happy

Hrithik has deep issues to get a life coach. I feel his entire family is messed up starting with overweight loony sister Sunaina.
His own niece (sister's daughter) is busy calling her step mom greatest mother on earth (she lives with her dad, stepmom and half siblings) posting dozens of pics of her stepmom yet not one mention of her biological mother (Hrithiks sister).

I have seen even more pix of them together...with ppl commenting abt him beig his life coach. I mean HR seems pretty grounded and inspirational to other people himself so I was like what does he need a life coach for... And this guy had been around him for many years... And I agree with whoever said HR is too trusting, almost gullible to an extent. Ppl take advantage of him even his dad says that ppl take him for a ride n misuse him... So I was wondering who the hell is this guy...

i personally feel he shouldn't be dependent

on life coaches.

if he goes everywhere with him then its not too healthy.

Well one month makes sense, and thank you for sharing your experience. It gave me a different perspective.

But it seems like this guys has been around Hrithik for much much longer than that. Shouldn't you be able to have a handle on things after a month or two? If you need a life coach for life then are you really living a life or just following orders like a puppet? Unless they've become friends and are just hanging out as friends.
