I feel bad for them truly - that must be hard loving your parents and knowing they are totally against your relationship. I do not like how they keep showing their parents and trying to convince them of the relationship in the show - somehow it doesn't come across very real and seems almost disrespectful in a way because they are making their parents looks like hard-headed villians in a romantic love story.
having said that - this is a tv show, esp a "too much" version of a reality tv show. the show producers will amp up anything that has a lot of drama - maybe they are asking nandish rashmi to share the problems in their relationship (it was kind of known that their relationship had its ups and downs) - i think the couple is in a much better place right now but it has nothing to do with the show, this might be just a script they are repeating ad nauseum.
Similarly didn't like amruta and himanshoo sharing their deep secrets - people will judge them without knowing them and how their relationship has evolved - but it makes for good dramatic viewing - so the producers encourage it probably.
Def, mrunal and sharad's story has a romeo/juliet love story feel to it - so they will play it up. The love challenge for instance, they could have just asked one of sharad's close friends or something - didn't need to go through such a big drama...
upen and karishma - the 2 are clearly not ready to get married yet! what's with the channel trying to push for a wedding?!
anyway, sorry for the rant. mrunal and sharad - feel bad for them, her tears were real today. But, just like nandish and rashmi, these 2 didn't join the show to convince their parents of their relationship. blame the show people who keep throwing the parents' disapproval in your face.
