I liked him as Bittu Sharma in BBB.Ranveer offscreen is a delight to watch.

but Ranveer has less success at Box office.Apart from BBB and Ramleela the rest of his films have been flops.Still he has many ads.

even actors who debut after him like Varun and Sid have had more success than him.

The era of stardom is done. Khans were the last of it. There will be no more 'it's a Salman film, FDFS'. If the project as a whole appeals people will go watch it. Just like the west.

Ranveer has a 100 cr grosser(Ram Leela) preceded by a 20 cr grosser(Lootera), a 65 Cr grosser(Gunday) followed by a 25 cr grosser(Kill Dill) which just shows that it's the projects that appeal not the stars.

So no there will be no more 'Megastars' 'Superstars'. Just stars in the future. Actors that make the right choices will survive, others will be weeded out.

My answer to the question is the khan stardom won't be there anymore because now too many movies release and people can see the stars and meet them too often unlike 90s so the worship and mystery is not there anymore.

BUT yes, he can be among the next top 3 actor/star...when big directors have faith on you and there is a production house which will partially back you, it's possible...He already is among the top 3 actor/star in the new generation...it doesn't matter if one killdil flops.. the guy has it. and everyone will see it in coming days...When a flop doesn't even slightly affect an actor's development or popularity, one can say he is moving in correct direction
