Post finally updated on Pg 6 with my take on why this was a fantastic episode and a week to remember.

@G: Love your collages and you know how i feel about my RKB... but the Shagun one- it made my day, you are a rockstar!👏

Sometimes when I am reading posts I find I am spending more time staring @ their SIGs... they remind me why I still watch this show when I question my sanity in that choice!😛

I guess this track Marks the show's official demise. I don't know what to say anymore, writers don't usually drag tracks for this long. But some reason, they are refusing to end this one and shagun is eating up all the screen space

Read through 20+ pages of rant, gush , gutter and funny anecdotes about what's happening in, as Krishy put it, yeh hain Shaguniya... I coulnt make myself watch the episode so can't comment About it...

About the track .. Why this track is not interesting to me. In previous tracks where ever the villain actions were smarter in the beginning( like Ruhi custody/ISHRa marriage, Ruhi DNA track.. ) the focus had never moved from the leads .. They were shown as insecure, vulnerable but NEVeR dumb .. Their mistakes were ones of emotional aspect... Stemming from their partial knowledge of the situation or their insecurity fron past experience clouding their judgment .. Plus Raman and IShita were not close to each other.the villain's role was to keep the ball rolling and the leads job was to act on those moves ... And we got to watch them going through their turmoil/angst. The spot light was fixed on the leads

This track defies logic. For raman to get swayed by Shgun's words and talking to Appa ( when he could have directly verified with ishita the fact of the matter) .. For ishita to try to lecture Shagun about parenting rather than talking to Raman directly about going overboard about buying stuff for Adi .. She could have given the reference to the past when she objected to Raman wanting to splurge on a video game for Ruhi because she wanted it... My point is .. The outline of this story for today's episode was not bas... They had raised genuine issues ...What lacked was screenplay in setting the tone of the scenes keeping it true to diff factors like character sketch, state of relationship and communication... They failed in all... Instead they have made it all about the scheming and plotting of the vamp and muted the leads' reaction, the emotional aspect and the emotional intelligence. It has become about Shagun's plotting and less about Ishra. The spot light is on Shagun instead of IsHRa.

So everyone but the Channel and Ph, is unhappy

I'm going to sit on the sideline ( WU) and hope for the focus to be back on the USP of YHM: its main characters and their evolving equation and their complicated family

. Til, eyebrow , perfectly coiffed hair, clenched teeth dialogue delivery and barely there blouses .. They have no consequence in my love for YHM. None . Zilch

@bold: WORD!!! I haven't seen the episode, just read the LU and WU. So it doesn't qualify me to comment on the episode. But my feelings are pretty much the same. Shagun's til-brained ideas (and her managing to outwit others) doesn't cut it anymore. one of the reasons' may be that I am not a big fan of Shagun's acting skills..and it just doesn't look convincing. .. And the dumbing down of the main leads and side-lining them doesn't work either. WU it is until they have something better, tightly executed stuff to show.. I guess.. And thanks to the wonderful people out here on this thread and their analysis of the episode, deciding whether to watch an episode or not is easy.. And the gifs that you and @Aru posts ensure that I dont miss any Ishra scene.. 😛

I honestly can't watch YHM anymore guys. I did not even see the Ishra scenes.

CVs have ruined the show for me. Now YHM is just like the other shows, and this saddens me. KP and DT deserve better.

I don't even want to rant about She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. I haven't been through the posts but I saw a HP reference. You guys are great n courageous 😊 Thank you for being part of my YHM journey.

I don't know if I'll be back.

Not going to say goodbye though...maybe my Ishra bug will be back once I don't feel disgust for the show anymore.

So advice to myself: Never watch any show made by Gul Khan and/or Ekta Kapoor. It's a given that disappointment awaits at a certain point!

Ok , No problem...Do one more khand...steal the money...let the blame go on Appa(Now only we have Amma to ruin in the Iyer family,u covered everyone else) and then we shall drop all this on your Bhai & bhabi's lap and you can relax for another 2 months in the show...And again If they were short of Drama for the lead couple...then they will use you...

Shagun - If I were in RKB's place...I would have taken back the jewellery,and showed you the door...Your lucky he didn't do it...So please don't push it...
or wait push it...plot more atleast than there may be some chance of you being permanently ousted...*fingers crossed*

Cvs - Don't you think you are giving way too much space to your leads...A phone call that too both of them in two different frames for one entire episode...how can you do that? Don't you know this is adult mature story ...we need the ex-wife to brighten our life at the end of the day...
