Yes how come nobody in the society has a problem with Jethalal calling everyone else Bhabhi but Babita as Babita ji.

And Babita also calls others Bhai but calls him Jetha ji.

She doesn't call mehtabhai, she call him mehtaji or mehtsaab. Also agat babitben ne jethalal ko bhai bulaya toh socho kya halat hogi uski !!
