Coming to the other important news of the day well I must say whatever happened I did not expect it from Sid. Unlike some blind fans I never beleived that Sid is a saint and does not indulge in drinking etc but mixing drinking and driving is illegal and its a crime not just in india but universally and that too a serious crime. It was sad to see him not in his senses and being captured in camera in that state. He's lucky he escaped the situation without any major mishap that could have caused him or someone else any injury or harm.Hope he stays careful next time and does not indulge in things like these. I wont judge him for this incident for this is quite common on new years but still he should take a lesson from it.
But one thing i must mention its quite strange to not see the people who always have some lecture to give to others about their favorites have not said anything about this. Quite strange the can make an issue out of Pratsi's "not going to vote" statement and remain mum on a serious crime like this. Going to vote or not is a personal opinion and many people opt to do that as they don't find any political party worthy enough and it is in no way anything anti-social or criminal but drinking and driving, i don't think it can be defended in any way. But seems people have different rules when it comes to their favs.
Anyway we cannot help it. Double standards are quite common in this world. As for Sid, I hope he gets back on track soon, the past two months have been rough for him.
And last but never the least, Pratsi. I wish she reaches new heights in 2015 and gets to showcase her talent in more than one ways. May she find prosperity in both her professional and personal life and always keep smiling. :-)
