Beginning of the end for Ash!

Aishwarya Rai (now Aishwarya Bachchan) is one of the most popular heroines in Indian cinema. She is a global face and is considered to be one of the most beautiful women in the world. Filmmakers and actors alike were making a beeline to cast her in their films not long ago but the story seems to have changed of late. Now, the news is spreading like wildfire that leading actors are not in the mood to act with her.

Ash's marriage with actor Abhishek Bachchan seems to have shoved away the actors. Her fans may be still thirsting to see her on the big screens but not Bollywood heroes. It is said that most of the leading actors including the Khans are not willing to cast her in their films. With the exception of her hubby Abhishek Bachchan and perhaps Akshay Kumar, Bollywood heroes seem to have lost interest in her.

It looks like Ash has no other way but to quit films unless her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan acts with her in films that are based on 'old man' - 'young woman' relationship. She has expressed her willingness to continue acting but the cruel fact is - Indian filmmakers are harsh to married women. For instance, even an established heroine like Madhuri Dixit is finding hard to make a comeback as heroine with the exception of Kajol, who struck back with Fanaa.

Considering these aspects, it looks the beginning of the end has come for Aishwarya Bachchan.

that is so rude, how does her personal life have anything to do with her proffesional life. Urgghh, so what if she's married, cant married woman act? Its just that the industry doesnt leave them no other option. Im sure the same thing didnt happen with Abhishek. uGGRRHH that is so not right 😡

yaar it is cuz amitabh didn,t invite khans and other actors s they are mad ather no matter how much amitabh explains about the wedding thing.ash,s carrer is down for sure and now she has competion with shilpa too. shilpa is a global face now.

It's not about Ash is married. I don't want to beleive the article that much. Ash doesn't want to work with salman, we all know why and it's acceptable. Before she dated abhishek, srk and ash both didn't had any problems with each other but after she said against srk indirectly about srk or for what reasons. Aamir doesn't want to work with ash from Mangal Pandey Days. I don't know what reason saif refusing to work with ash. Hritik Roshan is now going to avoid ash so no more drama will be created between him and bachchans. If top actors doesn't want to act with ash then ash created these conditions and she herself is to be blamed.

Bollywood is NOT harsh with married women, what rubbish. Kajol's career is still on top, karishma, Madhuri, Mallika are all getting roles, nobody is harsh to them.

Like the other person said, it's just they didn't invite most people to their wedding like Rani, SRK and others...

Fashion_2005, Saif didn't say he doesn't want to work with Aish. He said, the other movie's schedule of shooting and the time karan wanted to shoot the movie was the same so that's why he said NO.

There was another article that said he didn't want to do the movie because he had to pretend he was gay in the movie 😆 and Saif refused to do that 👏

i completely agree....her marriage didnt jeapordize her career...her attitude did...none of the good actors want to work with her and she probably considers herself too good to work with newcomers or mediocore actors

too much of ash-abhi on screen will get the audience bored...and it'll hurt abhi's career as well....besides, i dont think they look good together...regardless of their off screen chemistry, theres no on screen chemistry

I am sure saif signed the movie reading the script. Before it was kareena in the movie but later ash came in the picture. I am really happy saif refused the movie.

As long Abhi-ash do a movie like Guru, there chemistry might work but not on romantic movie.
