Yes, but that was after the rape. When Kakisa went into the jungle, first she heard a sound and asked 'Kaun hai?'. That time they showed us the rapist washing his face, and came face to face with Kakisa, but Kakisa being blind walked away and happened to touch Pia. So when masked man saw Kakisa, he has enough time to escape back. And it was much later that Kakisa distrubuted blankets. I was saying that Abhi was not there at the pooja during the time Pia was being raped.

But still, inspite of saying all this, I still think its not logical for Abhi to be the rapist. How could he be able to be all clean and dry so fast? There are many loose ends that say that Abhi might not be the rapist. But typically, its always shown that the people we least suspect turn out to be the culprits. And Ranjit wud be the #1 suspect, and I don't think the directors wud give away the masked man so easily. If I was in place of Nahar or Brijesh, I would first point fingers at Ranjit, because he had the motive to do it.

I just watched vide and I think Abhi is definately not the rapist .His reaction and expressions to Nahar Saloni's dialogues was "sridhar should be with pia. If he would have been with her this would not have happened to pia. Then walking out angry and upset and his body language.

Sridhar too was angry and little mellow after he heard about pia's rape. That still proves he cares for her. he even looked shock and upset after seeing pia's condition and when she huged him intially. Then he changed. his tone.

I think sri loves pia great deal and may be feels pia does not deserve some one like him. I may be wrong here but from his body language. I felt he is very much hurt but thinks this way he can give her freedom from all the miseries she is going thru right now.

That puts the prime suspect Ranjeet as pia's rapist.
