Episode starts with everyone coming back from shopping. Aman's sister wants to stop Akku for some more time but dadi indirectly taunts Neha saying she's sick she might want to go home and rest. Sandeep tells shagun that he'll ask money from his dad. Akku and Neha show everyone their shopping. Akku tells her mom that she used all the money. Shagun gets angry when she hears this and leaves. Sandeep asks his mother why she gave Akku all the money when she said she'll give some of it, he then explains that it was shagun's money that they wanted to use for sooraj. His dad rebukes him for saying engagement is not important for him. He then goes on saying he doesn't need his and Shagun's money from now on. Sandeep explains that he's using all his money to pay the loan he took from bank and he even used his money in hospital. His dad gets mad at him for saying something like take off Neha from life support just to save his money, he's not that selfish. Neha is hearing everything, everyone gets shocked to find Neha there. She takes something from the shopping bags and leaves from there crying. Their dad says sorry for saying everything in his anger. Dida rebukes her son for saying that stuff. Sandeep goes to Neha.
Gayatri calls kartik and asks him why he called Ritika when they weren't home. She gets mad at him and tells him not to do something like this. Dadi makes her understand that he did nothing wrong but still she screams at kartik. Kartik starts talking back and saying he'll leave the house but Aman comes and angrily tells him to go to his room.
Sandeep is worried, shagun tells him to talk to Neha. Sandeep tells her that he can't face his own sister she must be thinking that he wants her dead. Shagun comes to Neha's room, she tells her how everyone was upset when she was at hospital everyone was so worried she goes on telling her how it was all so hard for Sandeep to watch you on life support and in pain that's why one day he said to remove it but he loves you a lot. Neha hugs Shagun and tells her that she knows her motu bhaiya loves her a lot and he can never see her in pain. She tells Neha to go cheer up her brother. Neha brings the gift she bought for sooraj which is the white shoes he wanted. Shagun gets happy. They both hug.
Sandeep is sitting in dark, Neha comes and turns on the light. She starts tickling him and they both start laughing. He tells Neha that he wanted to see her fine, Neha replies him that she knows and she loves him a lot. Akku also comes and all of them spend some happy moments. Sandeep says something about Akku's sasural and Neha gets sad hearing that.
