Umesh's characterization is very interesting...I have started yo grow a fondness for thus character...he cooks...(boys who can cook is always a plus for me...yes umesh's dad...thus is 21st century n boys can be a chef...)...he is a compassionate n ever ready to help cousin...despite that, he didn't wait to stand up n defend his girl...can't wait for tomorrow...even if it meant him getting worked up...to top it, the actor (don't know his name) is doing a pretty good job...

Its such a sickening thought that man cannot cook. Yes they cook and its the best way to please your woman.lady too.

I like him. He is perhaps the most compassionate of all the cousins. He is soft and kind. He is thoughtful to gift a recipe book to his sister. He actually took the pain to wear the lehenga to save Nishu. He doesn't even regret being caught. "Behen hai to chalta hai"

He is not egoistic but genuine at heart. I love him a lot.

Umesh ke daddy ji : Its hard to find a son like him. Trust me on this.
