The script. And Amzad Khan.

Amitabh Bachchan is overhyped and overrated. A better actor than Dharmendra though.

Dharmendra had already given over 30 hits by then and had few blockbusters too. Was already recognized as a SUPERSTAR

Big B had no solo blockbusters then. But was slowly emerging as a Superstar as his angry man role in Zanjeer had become a cult followed with accolades for Deewar.

But no one then probably had gone to watch this film for him. As he was barely known

one nd only gabber. script and dialogue is winner still on acting nd character wise we remember that character than anyone else.
