Long moments of silent eye lock pursues...

Had the alcohol effect dropped in his sudden gesture or was she acting so far? Well it wasn't clear but the eye lock did seem to create some magic in the air that engulfed them. She snapped out when she feels his fingers naughtily gliding up her arms. She couldn't help a blush creeping up her cheeks and she tried to free herself from his hold...

Raman grinned sensing her struggle "tum hi toh iss steering ke jagah lena chahthi thi na???...ab bukhtho..."

Chirping flirting Ishita vanished for a second and a serious one landed up suddenly, perhaps the alcohol in her system or was it the eye lock with him. She placed her palm on his cheeks stunning him as well and replied "aap keliye kuch bhi bukhatne keliye thayaar hoom Raman!"

Those words from her which spilled out her love and care for him brought back pages from their past days. Raman couldn't help go down the memory lane and remember all those instances when she had literally endured so much for him, Ruhi and his family. In return he had only given her tears and pain.

He always tried to make her feel a third person by pushing her away but little did she know what his real intentions were or what he really felt for her. But he knew that whatever be the reason, he had at times behaved very irrationally and ruthlessly towards her. His angry lashing out, fighting, shouting were always targeting her though he hadn't wished any of it. It just happened in an impulse.

And now when he finally wanted to give her some attention, happiness and comfort to make her feel special, she had literally spilled water all over his plans by setting ready a full on toli of haddis in the kabaab.

Angry, frustrated and totally miffed up he was at her when he saw the entire clan getting ready for the picnic. But when Mihir and Mihika handled the totally messed up situation, of course messed by his lovely life herself, he was happy that he would get a little private time with her. Though he didn't show it out, it was indeed a mann mein laddu poote situation.

She loved her and he knew she did. He had even asked her once but she refused to spill anything but it was evident from the care, concern she showed. Did he love her? Well she had asked him too but he too had fumbled a bit and refuted back strongly with a taunt at her.

Both egoistic individuals were hell bent on hiding the real feelings for each other. Perhaps it wasn't easy to let go of their egos and "Just for Ruhi" clause of their contract like marriage.

But the situation today and of course the intoxicated state of her was winding her hair down. She was out with each of it. He was enjoying it too. Wasn't he wishing for the same when he planned this outing for the two of them? Relaxing around each other and getting used to the inexperienced intimacy and proximity of each other. To start looking at her in a new perspective as a wife in all meanings and also giving her enough time and space so that she would get over the issues in the family and think about him, just him...more like a husband rather than Ruhi's father!

Yes that was his ultimate aim when he planned it all out but he wasn't fortunate enough. He thought to himself, "Khoobsurat aur pyari si biwi toh mil gayi parr usske akal bacchpan mein hi kahi kho gaya...kya karein? Sabko sab kuch toh nahi miltha...ab jo bhi hai, chaelna padega..."

That was his thought when he caught her napping in the car till they reached the daaba...but little did he guess that his wishes were soon going to be answered. Cow like Ishita turning wild was quite unexpected. He didn't know whom he loved more but one thing was sure, he loved all her forms.

He had to accept atleast to himself that he had indeed fallen in love with this paagal madrasan. He couldn't believe that his Jhansi ki rani who didn't know the "R" of romance while in her senses was on his lap romancing and flirting with him. She would never believe him if he told this to her. So he quickly snapped out and took a picture of them for a proof. That action of his snapped her out from the serious dialog she uttered. He also came out of the trip down the memory.

He grinned "Look what have you done Ishita...emotional baatein bol kar mera dhyaan kahaan se kahaan le jaa rahi ho?"

Ishita twitched her face making it look funny and spoke up "kahaan se kahaan??"

Raman smiled and slowly glided his finger across her face...her eyes following it and it landed on her pink lips and he voiced huskily...

"aise baatein karke mere dhyaan yahaan se ataa rahi ho"

Ishita grinned and opened her mouth playfully to bite his finger. He continued, after pulling out his finger and tapping her lips for the prank. He wasn't intending to let go of this chance today. It was very rare to get hold of such a form of his wife and there was no way he could let it slip.

"Keep trying...but I don't intend to get distracted from here today"

Saying that he cupped her face and leaned towards her lips but she hadn't decided to give up so easily. Well, she had waited for so long and he had been ignoring her. So now it was her chance to tease him...

She moved her face away from his as much as possible and her hand against his chest trying to push him away but who was she trying to stop??? Raman Kumar Bhalla!

Raman voiced "Stop struggling Ishita??? Itne dher se mujhe tempt kar rahi thi aur ab maukha mila toh aise...[seeing her playful resistance] accha, yeh baat hai...toh phir dekhte hai kaun jeet tha hai!"

He clutched her hair firmly and managed to pull her closer. She had just given up her struggle and he tried to kiss when the horn blew up shocking both of them...Both snapped out to check what happened. They realized that her head was pressing against the horn in the process.

Both laughed out at the funny situation and was relieved that it was a lonely place and none around else the horn would have invited attention from outside. When the laughter died out, he looked at her more passionately. He caressed her soft creamy face which deliciously tempted him beyond what his heart could convey.

Adding to his wild thoughts was the fact that Ishita wasn't one bit blushing or feeling embarrassed, thanks to the drink she took. Everything appeared like a play to her. She squint her eyes and warns him with her mischievous eyes meaning "Naughty Raavan...no kissing wising, understand?"

The naughty glint in her sparkling eyes only made him crave for more. Slanting his seat a bit, gripping her tightly to him, he slid the seat further down and then told her..."ab nahi bajega koyi horn..."

Bheegey Hont Tere, Pyaasa Dil Mera
Lage Abrah Sa, Ha Mujhe Tan Tera
Chamke Barsa De, Mujh Par Ghataye
Tu Hi Meri Pyaas, Tu Hi Mera Jaan
Kabhi Mere Saath, Koi Raat Guzaar
Tujhe Subah Tak Mein Karoon Pyaar

And then he did something which she never expected. He flipped around holding her tightly to him and the next moment, he was on top of her, "ab tum bacchke kahaan jaavogi Jhansi ki rani??"

Acrobatic Raman Bhalla was in action. Bechaari Ishu!
