I can do Monday and Tuesday back up. Only question is do I just do the update for them days or do I get nortified

I didn't quite get your question.

Back Up Updaters do the updates on those days when the regular updaters are unavailable. You will be notified in advance when you are needed and you will post the written update on the forum.
