I think the only real loss is if Hrithik refuses to work with her. Salman and Viveik are not potential colleagues anymore. SRK has not worked with her after the Chalte Chalte episode and Amir does not pick leading ladies that ask for a lot of money. Take a look at who he has been working with of late. Its always the smaller heroines or new finds.
The issue over Mangal Pandey was money. Amir was being paid big bucks but they did not offer market rates to Ash.
