Today's court case ended well.
Kabra was the star of the day. All facts and testimonies unfolded well. One built up the other and finally it was proven that Narendra's death was a murder. This also made Brijesh and Rasika crack under the pressure and confess their crime.

Testimony by Narendra's friend was well done. He was clear and to the point. The fact that Rasika once made advances on him, leading to break-up of Naren - Anil friendship, made his testimony look believable. However, I am glad that court didn't just give a verdict based on that.

It was further explored, by proving that Narendra had a phobia of fire. Then Brijesh's driver mentioned about Kerosene leakage in B's car, and Tea-stall guy recognized Brijesh buying kerosene from him.

Kabra also mentioned about CCTV footage near the signal lights.

All clues were unfolded well.

I had too many grudges with CVs for not living up to my expectation on this case, but today's one was a logical one and I enjoyed it. Good job. Well directed, well-acted and above all well-edited. The entire episode focused on the court room drama, and made it gripping.

The case was solved through a team effort of leads, lawyer and their family.

Yes, today one clue led to another and all the pieces of puzzle fell at the right place.

First they proved with the help of testimonies of three ex bosses against Rasika's character that it was not as white as she claimed herself then proof given by NG's friend that BG came to know about Rasika's lies and her fake charges against Shiv before death .It proved molestation charges against Shiv were actually false.
Then they told with the NG's mother's testimony that NG has arsonophobia and could not lit a match stick to immolate himself , leading to the fact that his death was a murder not suicide as claimed by his wife.

Finally by BS driver and tea stall vendor's testimonies against BS lead to the identity of real culprit and Kabra's buff that they got the CCTV footage of nearby traffic signal nailed the truth . BS and Rasika crumbled under pressure and gave away the truth themselves.

Kabra was in his element today and build up the right pressure to crack up the real culprits.👍🏼

Glad that Shiv is a free man now and will retain his position and respect in society again.
But what if NG had not shared his mind with his friend just before his death? Can Shiv not prove himself innocent despite being one?

I would have liked if they could include PM report and testimony of Shiv's office staff and police investigation. Still considering how they treated other court cases - this was much better.

So true. Case ended quite well. Using Narendra's death to make Rasika and Brijesh crack under pressure and thus clearing Shiv's name.
They did proceed in a logical manner.I guess the post mortem report was not brought out because that must have been concluded as suicide.
Bringing Narendra's pyrophobia to create doubts
Then zeroing in on Brijesh Rasika affair thru Anil's statement
Then establishing Brijesh's role in the murder through his driver
Then finally making both crack down under pressure of murder.
CVs did a good job in the end despite a few loop holes here and there.
Bringing in the family as a team headed by Anandi to help Shiv clear his name is another story which they chose to tell thru this track which came out well too.
Now it is apparent why they kept Shiv and Anandi passive for longer than necessary. They wanted the family to give a role to play in all this😛😆
Hopefully after this we will get some proper tracks on professional lives of Anandi and Shiv which are free of family drama now that they are done with giving some good tracks for the Shekhar family.

Yes post mortem report would have been very crucial and helpful. But considering the logical events that unfolded today, I could over -look the PM part as creative liberty.
Besides, PM report would have proved on day one itself that NG's death was a murder, and the case would have got wrapped up faster than this. I suppose CVs needed to stretch it a bit to involve all characters and show it is a family drama.

However, I am glad this case was lot logical in the way it ended, than the others in the past.

Don't know why people compare Rasika's charges against Shiv with Sanchi's charges against Jagya.
Here Rasika has made totally false allegations against her boss, then murdered her husband who found the truth about her and again charged Shiv with abetment to suicide.
Shiv has every right to file defamation suit against Rasika

I think what the makers wanted to say was that a woman could be an aggressor and be hiding under the laws that are made to protect women.
Some politicians have been saying this recently and we find it ridiculous when they say them because we don't find those politicians credible.
But through this track CVs have succeeded in making that point.I don't think this track would have worked with any other male character in the show except Shiv who is whiter than white.
Did like the way Shiv and Anandi's bond is being shown through this track. It is everything that we wanted to see in their relationship.

I somehow wish to see Narendra's mom giving an earful to Rasika before she goes to jail. At least the parents would be able to vent out their suffocation.
Feel so sorry for the parents who lost their only son for no fault of his.

I sometimes wonder if there could be anyone like Rasika in real life, who would keep trying every man she wants to.

Well said missesha. The end was really good compared to the entire track. Well written, well directed and well built.
The testimonies were logical and unfolded in a proper sequence. NG friends testimony was crucial and turned tables in favour of Kabra. The way they brought in other clues and evidences not making it solely dependant on Anil's made it believable. I wish the judge would have atleast mentioned about PM report in his verdict.
Kabra is way appealing as a lawyer than Sanchi's husband.

Not sure where the comparision has come about between two cases. I do not navigate through all threads. However, I completely agree with you. There is no comparison of two cases.

Rasika here falsely alleged Shiv, despite knowing the truth. While Shiv put allegations on J on the basis of the facts that were presented to him at that point. He believed on those facts until proven otherwise. He didn't make a purposeful scheme to ploy J. There is no comparison.

An abatement case should be filed on Rasika by Shiv. And Rasika must be sent to jail.
