Hey forum-wasis long time! I m here with another OS after long time I guess. I didn't write it keeping Muslim background in mind so there can be mistakes. Sorry if there are any spelling/grammatical mistakes. Will edit later and yeah about title I m not good in that. Am I?😆 Here you go
Your Approval...is what I want
Zain was getting ready to go to his friend's place. No it wasn't any occasion It was a football match (FIFA Craze mind u!!!)and they were planning to watch the match together as there was no one at his friend's home.
Zain wore his T-shirt on blue jeans.
"Bye Mom", said Zain descending stairs.
"Bye Zain" , spoke Suraiyya from the kitchen. "Oh Zain wait!"
"Now what mom? I m getting late. Match is going to start in few mins"
"I was just saying if your dad got to know about that you have again gone to your friend's house for partying..."
"Not party mom, Match"
"Oh yeah whatever, if he got to know you are again staying late at your friend's home", Zain was getting irritated here he is going to miss the match n his mom is...Arghh.
"I know mom he will be angry at me. He thinks I am careless and spoilt brat, he wants me to grow up, he wants me to take some responsibility n all"
"Yeah Zain n thats what m saying is..."
Zain cuts her mom n said "Mom Relax, I know dad will be angry but I know how to make him happy"
Surriya opened her mouth to say something but Zain continued "I m going to join Office, Mom, from tomorrow. I will say to Dad I have now undestood that its high time I should take responsibility".
"Wow Zain thats great. We thought that you will not not understand this and to make u understand we were going to fix your alliance but now..."
"What? You both were planning to get me married?", said Zain, horrified.
"Yeah but now as you have decided to join office then its okay we can wait until you settle in your job and.."
But Zain did not stop to listen whole thing what Suraiyya was saying. Dad and mom are planning to get me married? How come they? Mom said that they will wait until ...but I have no plans for joining office. I said that to avoid Mom's lecture. But wht will happen now? If I denied from joining work, then they will surely get him married!! Oh Zain Abdullah YOU ARE IN BIG PROBLEM!
Office or Marriage?
Vo kya kehte hain Aage Kua peeche Khaii, Zain Abdullah teri shaamat aayi!!
He glanced at his watch Oh no! He had no more time to think on this, he was going to miss the match. Zain got to his SUV and dtrove off to his friend's house.
----Barkat Villa----
Usman Abdullah entered the villa. Surriyya brought water for him and they both settle down on sofa.
"Surriyya Begum hamare saahabzade najar nahi aa rahe"
"Usman Sahab Zain must be in his room"
"Ohkay may be I should meet him", Usman got from sofa and was about to climb stairs when Surriya came running behind.
"Rukiye Usman Sahab"
"What happened Surriyya Begum?"
"Um actually why don't you have dinner first?"
"Okay but Zain also needs to come for dinner no? I will calll him, you prepare the table?"
"Ah actually Usman Sahab, Zain had his dinner!", Surriyya was getting tense. How will she save Zain this time?
"Had dinner? so early? ", Usman inquired.
"Yeah, actually he said he needs to get up early na? As he has to join office from tomorrow. So he had his dinner early and went to sleep so he could go to office on time. "
"So Mr. Zain Abdullah has finally decided to not waste his degree and to work huh! Good I am glad I mean amazed"
"Yeah he told me that. Then I told him that we both are planning to get him married but now as he has decided to work then.."
"Surriyya Begum, do you really think Zain is serious about work? We both know our son even if he is planning to join office he won't take the work seriously. He will not take responsibility and..."
"Usman Sahab, you have to trust your son"
"Surraiyya Begum I have decided and will not change my decision. I told you in morning that I had found the girl, perfect for our Zain, I have talked to Ghulahm Sahab and had fixed our meeting with them. Tomorrow we alongwith Zain ofcourse are going to see the girl.
"But..."
"No BUTs Surriyya Begum. Tomorrow we are going to see Aliya and thats final"

"Hey Zain you are late bro. U missed half of the match"
Zain reached his friend's house late. All thanks to his mom.
"Yeah, sorry now lets focus on match"
They all turned to TV and staterted watching football with excitement. His friend Irfaan had invited all their 6 friends.
Aashif and Mohsin were paying all their attention to match, Irfaan was stealing side glances at his girlfriend------. Saif was sipping juice from tray, Meher was holding...Wait a minute Meher? Meher can't be here Irfaan said his sister had gone with his mother. Then who was she?
"Juice?"
"Huh?" Zain was lost when he didn't notice the same girl has turned to him and was offering him juice... And guess what? He lost again but this time in her beauty. She was so beautiful...a simple beauty. Her hair which she has tide in a bun was also looking elegant.
The girl was getting confused. She said again now in a lil bit high voice
"Excuse Me?"
"Oh! Hi"
"I was asking if you want some juice? but seems like you are lost in your own thoughts and my hands are paining holding the tray. I can't stand here whole nights, waiting for you take juice. Can I?"
Oh man she has got temper but still she was looking beautiful and cute! "Ah I will take uk juice"
"Oh great you decided!" the girl said sarcastically. Zain was going to take the juice when the girl kept the tray aside and was moving out of room.
"You can take the juice by steeping forward can't you? I m sorry I have to do a lot of work"
The match had come to an end now and they all were chatting when the girl again entered.
"Irfaan"
"What Zoya?"
Oh so her name is Zoya.
"Its ur phone"
"Okay m coming, BRB guys"
The girl, Zoya again left the room.
Few mins later Irfaan came back. Zain was eager to ask about Zoya from Irfaan.
"Who was she?"
"Oh I forgot to introduce, she is the daughter of our distant relative. She is staying here just for today, her parents will come tomorrow for ..." his mobile rang.
"oh guys you got to go, my mom will be here in any time and you know she don't like my friends to stay late at home so..."
"Its okay bro we are going. Bye and thanks for inviting us"
They all left.

Next morning-Barkat Villa
"Surriyya Begum hurry up"
"Just a bit Usman Sahab"
"Ah Zain you didn't got ready?", Usman said though he was not amazed.
"I told you that I am not going"
"I didn't say you to marry her. Just meet her. "
"But.."
"You didn't come to office, did u? And I knew you won't.", said Usman. "Go and change we are leaving in few minutes.
Zain left the hall sighing.

"Aslaam Alaikum Haider sahab"
"Alaikum Aslam, Tashreef rakhiye"
After all chatting it was time to see the girl. Zain's mouth left open seeing the girl but Aliya was not amazed but rather cool.
"Zoya?"
"You met her?", Ghulam said.
"Zoya? But you said your daughter's name is Aaliya!"
"Haha everyone gets confused. Actually I wanted to name her Aliya but Shabana wanted to name her Zoya but there was only one daughter so finally we agreed to keep the name Aliah but my begum continued calling her Zoya only as she really like the name. Our family and even our relatives call her Zoya only."
"But I like 'Aliya' more", said Zain.
Ghulam's face lit "See our son-in-law also like the name I have given to her"
"Anyways Zain u didn't tell you both have met before"
"Yeah just yeaterday when I was at Irf.."He stopped seeing his father. You are gone Zain now dad will know I was at my friend's place but now its nothing to hide. Now he don't need to join office and he had to get married. He continued "I met her at Irfaan's place"
"Aliya you didn't tell him you are the girl who he was going to meet? You have seen his photo, you would have recognized him then?"
"Papa I just wanted to test my to-be-husband" said Aliya smiling slightly at Zain.
Smart girl, thought Zain, just like me. I like her, I really like her"
"So he passed...the test?" asked Usmaan laughing.
Aliya nodded. Everyone laughed and Zain kept looking at Aliya when her eyes met his, she blushed. Seeing this Zain grinned.
"Actually Ghulam Saahab we also told Zain about this meeting today morning only and he was..."
"Ready for marriage" Everyone stared at him "I m ready for marriage"
All smiled, ALiya blushed
