Hello people
I'm Shreya and I'm new to IF although I've been a silent reader for a bit now.
Can't get IshRa out of my head and so I've written this OS.
I hope you guys like it and leave me awesome reviews.
And now I'll stop blabbering and get you to the story
This story is set after the 10th June episode. Amma has recovered in this story overnight (don't ask me how, it's fictionđ) and this is ishita' morning at the Bhalla's.
With this I bring you, chapter one đ

Chapter One : The unexpected
Ishita entered her bedroom,the one that she shared with raman,to the cutest visual she had ever witnessed. Her daughter was sleeping, clinging to her father, with her leg thrown up his waist and he was holding onto her protectively.
This man, her husband, her raavan kumar never failed to amaze her.
She thought back to last night. He had asked her silently to come down and walk with him. He had asked for her opinion
about the silver bowls and it had shocked her. Her arrogant raavan kumar was asking for her opinion. That was a first.
She liked it though,spending time with him. A few months ago if someone had told her this very fact, she would've laughed to his face and questioned his sanity. But as insane as this sounds , even to her, she knew it was a fact, she was falling in love with her raavan kumar. There..she had finally accepted it to herself..yes..but she couldn't admit it to him. Their's was a
marriage of convenience and she didn't know if he even felt even ten percent of what she felt.
Anyway overall she was happy with her life. He had done so many things for her. He had proved her innocence in front of his family during the parmeet fiasco.
He had also accepted their marriage and accepted her family as his own, that much was evident with the way he had helped her akka and jiju and saved her amma. She had to thank him properly for that too.
And more than anything else, he had given her; her greatest happiness, he had given her a child, and not just any child, he had given her Ruhi. The child she had fallen in love with, at first sight.
Her mind thought back to the day she was to get engaged to subbu, the day she got to know that she could never conceive, the day he had left her...
A lone tear escaped her eyes,not for subbu,she was over him. Her heart had broken the moment she had learnt she could never
conceive. She had felt incomplete until Ruhi entered her life, and her marriage with Raman had made that possible. She could never thank him enough for that.
She moved towards the bed, to her daughter and planted a kiss on her forehead and sat there, admiring her family.
The father-daughter duo looked happy, slight smiles on their faces. Without a second thought ishita planted a kiss on Raman's forehead and ran her fingers through his hair. He relaxed at her touch and that seemed to pull
her out of her trance. As realisation hit, she blushed at what she had done and hoped that he wouldn't wake up. Luck favoured her,she thought, as he didn't open his eyes.
She quickly moved to the bathroom to get ready for her day.
Little did she know that he was awake. He had woken up the moment she had entered the room. He had only pretended to be asleep so he could watch his wife without her noticing his gaze. He had seen her changing emotions and had wanted to
comfort her the moment he had seen the tear escape he eyes but before he could move she had come over to the bed and kissed Ruhi. And then she had done the unexpected, she had kissed him and even unexpected so, it wasn't unwanted. He had secretly hoped she would kiss him too after seeing her kiss Ruhi.
A few days ago he had realised that he had fallen in love with her. Now he knew he had to admit it to her. And he would.
