comparing him to kasab or any terrorists is way too far. Not saying salman is angel or enything BUT.. terrorists plan and train for months and kill with cold blood.

Salman's case is totally diff. Hot headed superstar fueld with anger n alcohol, rash driving, accident, killed and injured ppl, and ran away..

Nothing was planned.. so dont compare his crime with terrorists.

Having said that.. he deserves anything between 3 to 10 yeras in jail. when will it happen? God knows. 3 if he stayed on the scene n called police n ambulance, but he didnt. 10 is what hez looking for.

Now that he has roamed free for 12 years since then.. and led a superstar lifestyle.. a judge can add extra 12 years on it.. if hez no-nonsense guy.

Sanju's case and so many other high profile cases have made ppl not to turst Indian justice system.. coz ppl know thru media W*F is going on ground level cases. Its helplessness.. no matter if it says Savdhan India or SMJ..

Mr. PM Namo (yet to be sworn).. just like u been interrogated for hours n hours.. make sure the judicial system is as effective. Tarikh pe tarikh nahi, faisle pe faisla chahiye. JUdge's hammer is for judgement .. not for another 100th date.

Hope it will change.. not so soon.. but in due time. If Salman and Sanju become examples of heavy hands.. so be it. Media will pass the msg onto public. Jai Hind!

then punished dat waiter who actualy serve drink to ppl

after then punished those sleep in footpath

and punished govt too

Anyway Witness says that he was not able to stand up as he was so much drunk that he fall on the ground, so how he can run away

When he finally did get out, he was so drunk that he fell. Then he got up and started running away." this statement itself is shouting that he is lying coz he was drunk and was falling so how can he run and even when he was surrounded by the crowd...

A CAR CAN ACCIDENTALLY RAN OVER FOOTPATH, ITS NOT A BIG DEAL... WHY PPL HERE CRY OVER DIS

If he was that drunk and fell down then how is it possible for him to get up and run away from the crowd... they just try to spoil his future nothing else... n not to frgt it is him who help thousand number of ppl n run NGO

it seems that those incident is like a hindi cinema where suddenly the case has revived.but the question still arise in mind that why those witnesses has changed their statement and that also when salu supported modi

And for all those who aksed me to give shelter to those then let me remind u i m neither PM of india nor the part of any govt parties... if that would be the case... first thing i would do is releasing him for these cases ... !!!!!! giving shelter to those ppl is not my prt of work but if u guyz are intersted then u simply can help those no one going to stop u!! n ppl here who want justice is not becoz dey care for it... but becoz dey hate salman n wnt him behind bar anyhow!!

i support him not becoz i m his fan but becoz in the deep of my heart i've a feling dat he is inocent!! he is not gawd but for some ppl he is not less than it!! he gives life to mny n we cnt ignore dis... he is the same person who donate his 90% of his salary n give a new life to those...HE IS A GEM IN REAL SENSE

Its one thing to drink so much and angry and lose ur temper (be it driving) and then cause an accident where blood is all over.. the survival part of brain is too strong.. to ask to run away...

During those days.. 2002 after the incident.. it was reported he didnt run far.. a car texi came and took him away.. his cellph records show he was calling bhai arbaaz and sohail all the time.

India a country known for its famous history...treasure...tigers/peacocks...mythology...is now known as a joke by this people...what a shame...they are disgracing their own country

india's law is a joke seriously...this incident happen in 2002...by now they would have collect evidence put salman in jail for his deeds...but corruption is a national issue in that country

drunk driving is against law...and sleeping on the pavement is also against law...i will blame the government...can't they give this poor people a place to stay...they have millions of money in form of taxes...and this are for the homeless people...where are all the money going...can't they build a apartment for them...give them a job so that they can take care of the family and then afford to pay the rent...what kind of government india has...

sleeping on pavements are dangerous...not only drunk driving causes accidents on pavements...even speed driving...careless driving causes accident on pavements...

the government should think more abt security and safety of the country...

regarding salman...though its his fate and destiny...as its written...it has to happen...it happened...nothing could change it...i am sure even salman wished there was a rewind button in his life...but this black spot of his life happened...he needs to pay a price for it
