Shaurya raping who is to blame?

Hi. Nice post. Here in shaurya's case everyone are to be blamed. After the rape case atleast he should have stopped, but no. He continued. On top of that his friends also made bets to increase his mistakes. Now to top all his mom is planning to get him married. Don't know who is the poor girl who will fall in this trap. How on earth could Sakshi decide that getting shaurya married. Anyways he will continue to do this. What difference did Rajnath make by talking with shaurya? He told him to be diplomatic. What does that mean? Is he asking shaurya to listen or go against Sakshi. Sakshi on the other hand scolds Akash for not getting details of actions of Durga. Why is she blaming Durga for the change in her son when her husband is sleeping with her best friend. This is a good serial at this point of time where rapes are increasing day by day. The serial should give a good message that rapists should not be forgiven. Lastly the commissioner deserved what he got.

Yes I completely agree with you he shouldn't be forgiven if he is forgiven then I feel this show will be without meaning. if Shaurya is shown to be a hero at the end or Durga falls in love with him and lets her love be stronger than her desire for revenge then I feel this show will give the wrong message to the audience.

every one n everything involved here in shaurya case including shaurya except d genuine victim n ppl related to victim who supported d victim n supporting n fought n fighting for justice.

A father who supports the son in his wrong doing, a mother who is too busy looking good and staying number one instead of guiding her son in the right direction, friends who are more enemies than friends.

Who is not to blame?

Shaurya's father who should guide him and make him see he is doing wrong doesn't scold him for the wrong doing but instead tells the son to be careful and not get caught. What to expect from a man who himself is having an affair with his wife's best friend.

Shaurya's mother is too busy blaming Durga, a girl who just entered their lives mere days ago, instead of looking at herself for her the way her son behaved with her.

So I would blame the parents first who reinforced wrong behavior instead of punishing him for the wrong behavior.

If they had punished him for the first mistake he ever made instead of overlooking it they wouldn't be in the place they are at.

In the end if the parent's are too busy doing the wrong thing how is the child going to learn any good things from those parents, top that off with rich, useless friends and you have a person like Shaurya who will never feel remorse of his wrong doing, nor will he stop the behavior because he knows his parent's will bail him out every time.

It is just funny how Sakshi doea not think of their family's kaali kartoot but calls Durga a kaala saaya instead!🤢

I think it is obvious - for the RAPE - Shaurya and Shaurya alone is to blame. There can be no discussion about the fact or wishing away the fact just because the rapist happens to be a chocolate faced, light-eyed guy. A rapist is a rapist. Let's not try to deflect the issue and blame all and sundry in order to give the hero a clean-shit or an escape route.

What happened subsequently and in the cover-up there are other people involved and equally guilty. Not just in their individual acts of crime but also in the act of rape as "Accessory to Crime, after the fact".

So far the tally of crimes reads as:
1 count of gangrape - guilty Shaurya and friends as well as the Goenkas and Commissioner as accessories to crime.

Tampering of Evidence - guilty Goenkas and Commissioner

Intimidation of witnesses, Threatening to cause bodily harm, Injuring, Attempt to Murder (2 counts Nitya and Bagchi), Kidnap, 2nd Degree Manslaughter (2 counts - by assissting in suicide of Nitya's parents), Harassment to such an extent that it cause Insanity - guilty Sakshi Goenka and Shaurya; accessory to crime Commissioner


PS: Problem lies as a whole with Indian Society. Women feel so proud of having given birth to a son that they feel that their responsibility is over. People spend more time training their dogs than their sons. Most often in these kind of homes you would find wonderfully trained dogs who go to dog shows etc. and insanely uncouth sons, who are no better than stray dogs.
