Bizarre: Man sues Aishwarya for causing mental stress

A man of Sri Lankan origin wanted to sue
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for
causing him mental anguish. He took his lament a
step further and filed a formal complaint.

The man claimed to have been in a relationship
with the actress and added that her marriage to
actor Abhishek Bachchan caused him severe stress.

Niroshan Devapriya decided to file a complaint
against Aishwarya and discussed the matter with
his nephew who promised to help Niroshan by
hiring a lawyer and going ahead with the lawsuit.

However, fate had something else in store for him.
In order to do his uncle's bidding, the nephew
asked him to cough up a sum of Rs1.7 million.
The man paid up and realized only later that his
nephew had cheated him. He ended up suing his
nephew.

Niroshan's nephew was ordered by the court to
return Rs 1 million in installments to his uncle.
There is no information of what happened to his
complaint against Aishwarya Rai. (Emirates)

After reading the title, first thing came into my mind was...it must be a salman fan...he's suing her because of salman case.

W*F..he ended up suing his nephew...confuse soul..

What? I find it more ridiculous that this made it to the news and that his complaint was even registered hahha...
