After reading some of the posts here mujhe aur bhi lag raha hai that Baldev is going to win the elections.. He is defn going to be hurt and shattered during the elections but he will rise like a phoenix towards the end and win it.
And there are many reasons why I think he will win and not Ranvi :-

1) Agreed Ranvi's character needs development too but Baldev's needs more because VeeBa love story wont start unless he proves himself in front of Veera.. Like someone said before, if he loses Veera instead of feeling bad for him will start feeling that she was right to judge Baldev as a naakara or nalayak !

2) Krishi Vidyalaya track would be 100 times more interesting if Baldev would be the sarpanch.. VeeBa can work as a team here because their love story would have started by then !

3) In the very first episode of this track we were showed how one had the passion to become the sarpanch plus a point to prove whereas the other was unwilling and stood for the elections just for the happiness of the family..
As an audience I would want that person to win who wants it the most.. And right now Baldev needs it the most..

4) Its so clear that everyone wants Ranvi to win. We have watched many shows right, kaun se show main aisa pehle din hi dikhate hai ki there is a clear winner? There has to be a twist.. I can so see Baldev winning this one by doing something very heroic towards the end !

Baldev has got clever ideas than the educated Veera, we saw that in the money making challenge when he was doing awesome bujiness. But the cvs did not give a proper closure to that scene by making him trick a foreigner!!! It was not needed at all!!!

Why is it that always Baldev has to be shown in a wrong light!!! To make him grey shaded there are many ways, but the one cvs adopt many a times is devoid of any creativity element. If Baldev was meant to be a real baddie then he would have revealed the truth of Veera's birth to settle his scores with her!!! Dushmani mein bhi tameez aur tehzeeb hai Baldev ko.

Whenever he uses his brain without getting influenced by his Beeji or Baggi he is smarter than many of the lot.

I really hope Baldev gets a logical track and he comes out with flying colours!!! He was introduced as the chotte sarpanch in the show and for me he will always be the sarpanch!!! Baldev should not win the elections through hook and crook for Veera. I would want Veera to be amazed how wrong she was in passing such prejudiced judgement about Baldev and his AYM should be kept alive in his cold treatment of Veera!!! Bas Itna sa khwaab hai!!!

Completely agree...Baldev does have the smartness and spunk needed to be sarpanch! That bujiness scene was genius...but yep, the CVs ruined it at the end. Although come to think of it, a lot of businesses do just that isn't it...buying stuff at a lower price and then selling it on at an inflated price elsewhere, so technically, Baldev didn't do anything too outrageous! In fact, I read an article where just by doing the swapping one item for another, a person managed to get himself a scooter or a guitar or something, starting from scratch...so that just shows how smart our Ballu really is! He should, why should it come easy for Veera? Baldev has been pursuing her how long now? It would be fun to see the tables turned. I would like to see her trying to pacify Baldev when he gives her the cold shoulder.
