Jagraata Express : Sarpanch Track Begins!

The first episode of the Sarpanch track was pretty good and it looks much better than all the tracks so far post leap. Early to judge , yet held my interest.

Veeba: I loved the Veeba scene. Veera clearly made Baldev realize about all his shortcomings. This outburst was long overdue. I am sure it made some sense to him, but he would get more serious with Ranvi standing against him. Baldev clearly doesn't undestand the meaning of marriage and is not at all serious in life. Like you said, Veera would unknowingly be the one to show him the right path during the Sarpanch track even though they would be against each other.

Balwant: Balwant though right about Baldev not being a deserving candidate is an epic failure when it comes to parenthood👎🏼
Ranvi: He changes his decisions very fast under influence🤔 Especially if its coupled with emotional blackmail by Balwant. The guy cannot firmly stand by what he wants. Then how is he going to handle an entire Pind??😳 And Ranvi's mahaanata just irritates me. He is the only character in all shows I have watched, who highlights time and again why he should be worshiped😵 At times it gives the impression that he wants everything but tries to convince people that he is sacrificing for others. This is not the picture that the Cvs want to paint. Yet most of the times I can't help noticing this.

Ratan's Sampooran blackmail was so lame👎🏼 Is Sampooran the only guy in the entire world who wanted to change the order👎🏼 There might be so many people like your husband Ratan aunty. Was Sampooran the only passionate guy in the Pind who wanted the welfare of people😵 Sarpanch post is not your family's birth right.

Gunjan👎🏼 Most disappointing character in this show👎🏼 She does not have an ounce of affection for her brother. Even if she was in favour of the right man winning, she could have atleast expressed concern over how her brother would feel👎🏼 "Agar unke kismat mein hai toh jeet jaayenge"👎🏼 When you need him, you just run crying to him and otherwise don't even bother thinking about his feelings👎🏼

Veera: I am not going to blame her because she gave Baldev the right advice. She supported her brother because she genuinely wanted him to become the Sarpanch. Had she been in a relationship with Baldev, it would have been different. Why should she support Baldev in this scenario??🤔 I don't see any reason.

How overconfident is Baldev.. He needs a jhatka .. And he is defn getting one soon.. He needs to realise he has to work hard for winning these elections. He needs to become mature. Aise nahi chalega.. 😳

Precap was interesting.. Ranvi supporting Ballu.. No wonder Baldev felt cheated when he saw him filing his nomination for the elections.. Cant wait for tomorrow's episode 😎

Thank god we got a continuation of the previous VeeBa scene. I liked that Veera showed Baldev the mirror that Baldev has no identity of his own other than being a Sarpanch's son. To become a sarpanch has always been Baldev's aim, and now Veera's taunts are going to push him even harder to achieve his dreams. Let's see how far he goes.

Baldev's photoshoot ❤️ It was a comic filler but he was very adorable ❤️ especially when he threatens the innocent villager that he'll steal all his goats if he refuses to click a pic with him😆

Balwant. He can give everyone of us a run for our money when it comes to fangirling. He is such a fanboy that he ignores his son's aspirations. I understand why Balwant is wary of making Baldev the sarpanch, but atleast encourage him na! Too much difficult for him kya?!

RanJan. I can't believe that after burning and extinguishing out so many candles, they still didn't make love😲 Or did they?🤔

I knew Bansuri would be the only person who would support Baldev.. Though she couldn't convince Gunjan to make Ranvi back out from the elections, I'm sure she has managed to put seeds of insecurity in her head🤔

Precap: How and why did Ranvi step back from the elections? So is it Veera who convinces him back to contest? No wonder Baldev felt betrayed. Why do I think this is going to create misunderstanding between VeeBa? As in, Baldev might think that Veera doesn't want him to win hence she is supporting Ranvi?🤔

Veera is consistently getting Baldev on the right path and I like it! He needs someone to give him that push and who better than his love?

It is sad and this is why Bansuri is putting up a fight, though I don't like her using Gunjan to do it, she has every right to fight for her son.

Baldev is too overconfident and Ranvi being his competitor is perfect! Baldev will realize Ranvi will give him tough competition and he will do all possible to win but he should do it fairly.

I liked the continuation of VeeBa scene from Friday. I appreciate Veera to confess her true motives behind those challenges. She is putting him on right track and making him to open eyes and look at the world. The dialogue where she said think according to your age is what we all were saying few days back. All this is happening without their knowledge.
Veera IS and WILL BE the driving force in Ballu's life.

Balwant is madly, deeply in his damad's love. He just don't want to listen anything good about his own son.
Bansuri is exactly doing what a mother will do. But I want Bansuri to go ahead and make her son see what he really needs to do to win , mere photo session won't work.

Okay, so till today Vera haven't forced Ranvi but her job is done by Ratan and to do this she used her Brahmastra I.e. Sampooran Singh's name (well I don't know what exactly Sampooran has done for Pritampura??)
Ranvi agreed so easily... Maybe he knew that his protest will encourage 3 ladies and they will dance on his head till give up. So he agreed quickly.

Bansuri - Gunjan scene - Gunjan wasn't wrong , Shez being his wife only. Well like all even she thinks Baldev is idiot.
Both Bansuri nd Gunjan were right in their situations.

Balwant's hope on Ranvi is too high , as if Ranvi becomes Sarpanch he transform Pritampura into Paris .

Precap shows Ranvi has met his MIL but his sister will not allo him to back off.

Overall nice episode.

It's so obvious that Bansuri influences Ranvi.. But how she achieves this is the question😆 And I think Veera will convince him back.
Like Liz pointed out, this man doesn't even have a mind and backbone of his own. How will he transform Pritampura to Paris (courtesy: Cherry😆)?
