just yesterday my cousin was asking me why go to college i have everything set up for me already (his father is a very prominent jewelry store owner) and after i finish school i can just go to my store...similar situation star kid...rich kid... so i told him similar to wat meg said...

i told him he doesnt have to study business...he can do watever he is good at... he loves cartoons so we came up with animations etc... its just that u dont have to be a taboo and follow ur parents foot steps..follow ur dreams... be better at wat u are good at... u never know where life takes u... today his father has everything...in the future you might not have everything...at least u have education (degree) to get another job!


as for ur latest q..
i always give education a preference...
now if they want to be a professional actors...they dont need a bachelors education or masters...they need to study acting...that field...makes life easier to do wat u are good at...and if u got the education..u will be even better... and if like acting as a hobby then study something else as a main stream and acting can be secondary...

i guess we all have a more or less common answer that no matter who you are (Starkid or a common person)and no matter what profession you want to choose in future, it is neccessary to complete your education. At least after getting a degree, you can still approach an artistic career (like films,fashion or design). If it works, then Great! If it doesn't, then at least you have a degree to fall back on and get a decent job and a stable income.

So, i guess education has to be the first priority but passion should not be ignored either.

Although hobbies and passion can gt u d right job.thats if ur a star hehe just like Dino Moreo, Perizaad, etc they all have opened restaurants and making money from those!

Many people get away form studying and still can be a most powerful person in the world...People who make big without a college degree have their luck and talent with them...but it's not the same with everybody...

A college degree help a lot even If you are a Actor........most recent examples from Bollywood are John Abraham has a MBA degree(his brand makes jeans pants), Riteish Deshmukh(Architect-gonna design a van for SRK, does interior designing, etc...). I personally think If a person has a talent and a degree both, he/she can do both at the same time, so if he/she fails in one, he/she atleast earn enough to survive from the other.......

If you have to choose a person which one u choose a person with college degree or a person without college degree? It's simple u gonna pick a person with a college degree.......


Another great examples from Bollywood:
Madhuri Dixit had a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and she married to a Doctor(cardiologist-thorasic surgeon) from USA.

Look at Aish and Abhi......these two don't have a college degree........

Yeahh..i agree! actually, one can do both. ie. Pursue their hobby as a career in film and at the same time get money from the mainstream business line like opening a restaurant. Infact, some have film production is also a full-fledged business but one would need lots of money for tht ..

Yep yep definitely... not all have the luck to have the career shape up like shahrukh khan or amitabh bacchan. Thus, they should definitely have a degree (since thts the basic indication of completion of education) to take an alternative route..
